I feel that they are getting rich in selling this product, because If I was to sell something like this I would charge about 50 bucks. so yea they are making killer bucks on only selling this and not buying homes and reselling like they claim lol

All of Carleton Sheets stuff is very old. I own most of his material, but I didn't pay anything for it! Anyone with a computer, internet access and a subscription to a good P2P file sharing website can get it for free as I did!
A really good teacher on realestate is DEAN GRAZIOSI ! I did buy his book "Be a realestate Millionaire" plus the CD's. I also have his "Think a little Different"course. I don't work for his company but I have read his book and used his material. His strategies can be applied in any economy. I found the phone staff very helpful and cooperative. Dean G. has a number you can call if you have a problem with a deal and get help, for free! Try his system. Plus if you don't think it's right for you, they will give your money back.

well to tell the truth, I dont think carltons course is a scam and here why. i purchased the course 25 years ago and in the materials(BOOK) there was a paragraph that says get money back at closing. i applied the technique when i purchased my home 5 years after i purchased the course
and, I got back $2,400 at closing. I would have never known the technique had i not purchased the course. so
in terms of what i just mentioned,
his course works and i am glad i
purchsed it.

I purchased Carleton's course awhile back and decided that I did not have time to complete it. I called and got an RA# to return the product and mailed it back before the 30 days. I had no problem and no extra charges as I complied with their return agreement. For those who complain it's a scam I have a friend that made a success by obtaining 25 rental properties. As with anything results can vary. Depends on how much you put into it and if you have poor credit he offers a way to repair it. If you follow their return agreement you should have no problem. I t doesn't take 30 days to review the course so lets be for real.

I purchased this product the first time and chickened out on it and sent it back. They never charged me a penny more than the $9.95 which I expected to be charged.
A year later I re-purchased it when my life had taken some drastic financial downturns. Today, I own 53 homes with a net worth (and that is NET worth) of 2 million buckaroos.
Those who got charged, sent it back too late. TOO bad.
Those who say it doesn't work, go get an hourly pay job. I'll visit you in my SL550.

I am one of those person that this company attempted to scam. Few month ago, I received a charge on my credit card for a product that I did not order. I called my credit card company and my bank took care it. The sad part of this scam is - my name on the credit card is wrong.
Recently, I started receiving calls from IC system representing "Carleton Sheets", harrassing me 2-3 times a day, even after I told them the fact. Reported them to BBS, FTC, FCC and local Sheriff and still they keep calling. I will report them to FBI next.
The best way to stop this scam maybe is to harass them back. Setup your PC and sent a fax on a set-time interval and jam up their 800 number.

I purchased the no money down Carleton Sheets. I called to tell them I didnt have time to do anything with them. Which was only a coupke of weeks after getting them and I wanted to return the product and how to ship it to them. They told me that it was too late and I had to pay for them. So it was getting taken out of my checking account. Now it must have taken too long to get paid and they have sent it to collections. Not even contacting me or anything so now i have to pay a collection agency that is very rude. I never stopped payment on this or anything. I still havent even opened the box and its been a year. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HASLE. BUYER BEWARE ITS A SCAM I STILL CANT FIND A NUMBER TO CALL THEM.

There is a 2 minute expose on me in the middle of the program. I am wearing a baby blue shirt with pictures of my cars and my airplane. Just so you all know ... Carlton Sheets made me a millionaire. I simply bought the course and did exactly what he said and I didn't complain if one small thing didn't work, I never gave up,, I never took no for an answer and I always knew I'd be a millionaire. I recently got a call from a collection agency which represents this bogus company,stating I owe them 440 dollars for a program I never receieved.She said this was from five years ago .If I would have receieved it I would be trying to utilize it.There is no way of fighting this.There is no number to reach them to contact them.I will be reporting them to BBC.

I tried the Carleton Sheets course but -- due to unforseen health issues -- I am not currently working, and can't afford to pay for the course. I returned the course as soon as I could (return date 12/29/07) and they received it 4 days later than they wanted. I spoke to a rep in the billing named Nicole who was very nasty and a supposed supervisor named Seth Pash who was not as crude, but also not much help. I explained that I already spoke to someone in Customer Service and was assured I would not be billed. However, Seth's bright explanation was that they would send the course back to me and then re-bill me. I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 years and have never heard of anything so stupid in my life. If I was still in possession of the course I could understand being billed, but they have the entire course there. There are exceptions to every rule. If the product was returned --give the customer a break. It was 4 DAYS late not 4 months. I will never do business with PEI again -- they are not skilled in customer service and just very nasty. Just makes me wonder how legit they really are.

These posts are amazing: People buy the product, fail to return it in the 30 days allowed and then complain it's a scam. Your failure to follow simple instructions and return the product on time does NOT make it a scam. I tried the course, returned it within 30 days and was never charged another cent. And to those people wailing about not getting their $9.95 back --- that is clearly spelled out as a shipping fee. You get a big box full of books and DVDs and CDs costing at least $9.95 postage. If $9.95 means the world to you and you can't afford to spend it, then you have no business even thinking about investing in real estate. What's being sold is an educational course in real estate, not a money tree. You have to do more than open the box for it to work. Sadly, many buyers expect to do nothing and get rich. If they don't, they blame others of course.

Bought this course and don't have much to say about it - their claims and methods seem hard to believe. But, watch out for the sales pitch about the "free trial" phone service and mailings. Once the "free" period is over they begin charging your card every month. They cleverly don't use their name for the listing - it is listed as "Card transfer Debit of Purchase" so you don't recognize it as a continuing charge from Carleton Sheets. Since most of us are so preoccupied it is hard to pick up until hundreds of dollars have been paid!

My husband ordered this product, which really surprised me, he never orders anything from infomercials before. I should have known something was gonna go wrong. Anyway, before our 30 days were up, I called to get an authorization number, my husband was not convinced with what he saw, he looked at some of the information in the package. The person I spoke to asked why we wanted to return it. I explained to him that my husband had gone through some of the information and was not convinced. He proceeds to tell me that he has extended our trial period so I could try to convince my husband. I told him not to bother, my husband was not easy to convince. I said to him, my husband is not convinceable, he said that he would give me the extra time, but gave me an RA# anyway. Needless to say, December came along, we fell into some financial problems (overdrawn at bank, we were struggling to make ends meet, (I had lost my job due to business being slow) and since these $9.95 were refundable, my husband took a chance (this might be our thing he said), the holidays approaching, and losing track of time dealing with other problems did not send the package back. They have since called my husbands cell phone everyday, 2 to 3 times a day and sent us a collection letter. I called them back to see what we could do, and the person on the other end says we cannot do anything. That our time had expired and that we would have to pay, I asked him why, since I had an RA# and had been given extra time. He said I don't believe "we" gave you that extra time because when we give an RA# that means you are sending the package back. I told him that I understood that, but I had been told previously that I had that extra time. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor, he tells me there are no supervisors. That if I want to speak to one, he can relay the message and have someone call me back. I told him no, that I would call back, and I asked what time they would be in, he told me they would be in at 10 or 11 my time. I said fine, I will call back at those times. He then says to me, they don't get here at 10 or 11 on the dot, and when you do talk to them, they will tell me the same thing. I then told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor, because from my understanding, I had the extra time and I was sending the package back. He proceeds to tell me that we still have to pay the $300+ and that there is nothing that can be done. Since all of these charges were accruing on our bank account (we never used our account for anything other than our house payments and car payments, the bank closed our account and we are still paying on this mistake. This is the only scam my husband has fallen for, and believe me, he will never order anything again. I will call the "supervisors" back, and see what they tell me. But in all honesty, I don't believe they will be "able" to help me. And I believe we will have to change our phone numbers. Don't get me wrong, my husband does not like to owe ANYONE, but in this case, we don't believe we should have to pay.

Where do I start. I read most of the complaints and concluded that I have to say something too. I got the program about three years ago and it sits in a storage room, now, collecting dust. I bought the program on the spot, believing Carlton's wisdom and sage advice right off the bat. Carlton offered me an easy way to build wealth. When I received the program, I opened it and read the material. The beginning was just business fluff, basically. Stuff I learned in college to set up a business, get motivated, etc.The rest was more of a surprise. I wanted to believe so badly in the things, sometimes seemingly unethical, he was telling me to do to secure my first property and then many more, I was hypnotized. I even let my level headed and responsible wife-to-be listen to the material with me on the ways to buy property with no money down, and her one eyebrow started to raise up. She could see right through him because she was objective, and I was not. And there were those times Carlton kept talking about money, and credit, when the whole idea of the program was to buy property with "NO MONEY DOWN" with bad to marginal credit. Also, The help from his mentors were a joke. First thing he wanted to know about were my credit scores. Carlton, you got me!!! I was looking for our ticket to happiness with little effort and no money involved on our part. DOES NOT EXIST THE WAY YOU ARE BAITED ON T.V.

I ordered the carleton sheets no down payment real estate course and the course is way too old and outdated i would highly recommend
that when you start a business with these companies check with the better business bureau first.i've made $0 dollars using this system however you can make alot money in real estate investing but this course is not recommended it's a complete scam.there is no such thing as get rich quick their all cons that want to make money off the poor and the rich stays rich.

I ordered the system trying to get a free play station 3. I got billed for the shipping and i was going to send it back in 30 days. I sent it back before 30 days but they did not get it in time. They charged me all this money and sent me the program back. I told them what happened and they told me that if i send it back again they would just send it back. I was stuck with it. So i sent it to my sister since she just started in the real estate business. I hate i even wasted my time.

About 3 years ago I ordered the $300 starter package from Carleton Sheets. I thought this was the basic course, right? $300 is a lot of money. Was I wrong! All the videos were, in themselves, infomercials! I had paid $300 to sit and listen to the dumbest people on the planet (they were deliberately chosen to sound mentally incapable of crossing the street)describe how well they have done with the Carelton Sheets program. I was disgusted. I wanted to return the box immediately, except I am enormously busy, and left the box in the trunk of my car for longer than I will admit to. Eventually, I put it out with the trash...which it was , after all, anyway. Wendy
