I ordered this product in Oct or Nov. of 2006. I called them after the first order to find out why I was being billed for two shipments and only recieving one. They explained that they billed for one and then another and send two out at one time. I love the product. It is easy to take in one capsule. Since I ordered 6 bottles the first time I kept getting 6 every onther month. I called the company and spoke to Customer Service and explained what was going on. He cancelled the auto ship and allowed me to get the next six bottles for men since I didn\'t need the women\'s formula for quite a while. He even told me to watch my bank account and if I got charged for the men\'s formula to call and tell whoever answered to credit that amount back to me. I got charged for it and called. The information was on their computer about the extra charge and they reversed it. That\'s been over a year ago, and I\'m going to have to order my husband some more. He\'s been out for several months and likes them as well as I do. This isn\'t a complaint in that I didn\'t understand the billing procedures and after calling them I got it all taken care of. I also let the csr go through their spill and then ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. They are the ones that can make desicions about refunding money, etc.

I did enjoy the product better than any vitamins I have taken in a long time. Unfortunately, my product was cancelled by a customer service agent at their company. I called to see how much I would be charged and when. They said they were sending two bottles at once, and I only wanted one bottle. He cancelled my order without my permission and then gave me another no. to call where I was informed that it had been cancelled. The customer agent at the 1-800-941-8032 Jelani TZ123 gave very good service and was very polite and helpful. I probably would have continued had I not read this site and been afraid of their customer service and billing issues. I just want to say that I don't think the vitamins themselves are a fraud. I would not have been able to get thru the last month's waitressing shifts without them. I would consider taking the product if I ever saw them in a store and could just purchase them outright.

I ordered the product with no complaints and immediately called them to CANCEL my autoshipment! Read the fine print people! Do NOT just assume things without asking questions, inform yourself. No problems since.

I was charged myself, but once I called they fixed it right away and I got my refund. I got to keep my 30 day trials and my money. Each time I talked to them they were friendly. Once in a while I get a call to see if I want more. I got a 6 month supply for $19 each bottle (discount for buying 6 at a time) But I love the product it self. I have more energy when I take them. My husband and mother both feel the same way about it. It's strange all the stories I read... but I never had those problems.
