I bought my ab swing at Big Lots for 29.00 and I can say that it has definately worked for me. You have be seated 'right' to get the results you want, there are different levels with this machine from beginer to advanced. If you are only going to do it for the five minutes then don't waste your time, it takes longer than that and I do it till I feel the burn and beyond. Mine is not flimsy and it also states the potential for tipping over if you don't get on it correctly. So if it's tipping over on people then they are not doing it right. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I have a back injury and arthritis in my neck and can't do the traditional sit ups and crunches. I get a total workout with the ab swing and have never had to call a customer service rep with any type of complaints and i've had mine for over a year. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my progress since I've been using the machine and I feel great about myself now. I can't say anything about the company as I didn't get it from there but I have been through a lot of ab products and this works for me and I will continue to use it until I've reached my desired look. In my opinion and that is what it is, an opinion, but I'd tell everyone to buy it and I do endorse it to whomever asks me what I've been doing to get into shape. (if you are getting sores on your rear end you arent' sitting on it correctly, when I learned the proper way of doing it, not only did the sores disappear but I started to see the results I was looking for)Home| Report | Defend| Contact
