I LOVE the air climber and Brenda's DVD workouts. I am over 40 and have never really exercised in my life, because i truly hate it. until now. i have used the air climber almost every day for about 6 weeks - did i say I LOVE it - it's crazy but i do. it's actually fun and it's the first time in my life i see results and quickly. i have lost so many inches as well as pounds - i look and feel better than ever. i'm a convert! everyone at work keeps asking what i'm doing - little embarrassed to say i bought something from tv but... I do! highly recommend to anyone who isn't an exercise enthusiast.

Hello, Yes,I am related to the company however I represent their products in Canada. Tristar is a company that values their customers and believes in it's products. I have cut and paste the following reply that I wanted to post (however I see you do not allow e-mail address, phone numbers, etc. We also do the Lateral Thigh Trainer. With the case of the AirClimber we sell thousands of units and I only see two complaints - there are always going to be customers that make issues that should not be there. We have also encountered customers that don't even call us to address issues - but just complain because they want to. Anyway, I want to defent Tristar as a representative of the product that has seen numerous customers that have been very happy with the service and the product.
