I have had my Aircore cookware for many years now, and I really love them.

I haven't used them for much other than for soups and stews, but I have absolutely no remorse in buying them. I think they are twoderful (Twice as good as wonderful ;)

If you have any that you are going to throw away... can you throw them my way?

I Love my Aircore cookware. have been using it for 7 years now. the company was a hassle to deal with re: payment as I remember, but as long as you remember that it holds heat for a LONG time, (even while you're heating it up) an don't try to use it as a regular pan (doesn't cool off very quickly and things will burn) it is GREAT. Need to heat up slowly or things will burn.
ONLY problem now is that screw loosened holding glass to metal handle and boy playing with it dropped it on tile floor.
Any of you dissatisfied people out there wish to get rid of their glass lids, please let me know!!!

I was given an aircore pot set for a birthday present, I quickly threw away the recipie book because I don't eat food like that but decided to cook everything that I would nomally stew in it and take the temperature up to red for everything containing meat. for just fruit or vegetables I go to green. I love it and am always happy with the results. I think the infomercials are misleading because people don't have the time to cook things for a short time and use the yellow zone. Think of it as a stew pot and it will not let you down.I always leave meat etc. in for at least 5 hours or overnight.

My husband and I went to a TowneCraft party where we ate food that was prepared with TowneCraft cookware. The food was very good, but the cookware was too expensive for our budget. I received a set of AirCore Walk Away cookware for Christmas. We had read that the AirCore was the next best thing to TowneCraft. I have used it several times and it has proven its worth EVERY time. You have to put the look and cook lid on BEFORE adding the Thermo-seal lid. All of the recipes in my book say to put the look and cook lid on, bring it to a boil, put on the Thermo-seal lid and turn the temperature down to simmer. Cook until the needle gets to a certain color, then remove from heat and let it self-cook for 10 minutes or more - depending on the recipe. If you open the lid and take a peak you are letting out the steam that is helping it cook. You have to follw the directions exactly or it probably will not come out right. In my opinion the AirCore cookware is great. I don't have the cake pan, so I haven't tried baking a cake with it, but I intend to get more accessories in the near future. I hope this helps anyone that is considering purchasing this cookware.

I bought the AirCore Cookware set fully planning to return it for a refund within 30 days if it didn't work as advertised. I used it several times in that initial period, and found it to work sufficiently well to keep. It also heats more quickly and more evenly than my other pots and pans (my husband was forever boiling thins over because he didn't realize it would come to a boil quicker), and we use it for the majority of our regular cooking needs as well. We didn't buy the insulated carrier that was available for separate purchase, but we have one that came with our crock pot that actually fits the large AirCore pot, and the increased insulation increases the amount of time before the food cools. However, even without, we have made meals-to-go (such as chili with cornbread, or chicken-tortilla soup)that we have eaten 3-4 hours later at a rest stop that were at the perfect temperature. The one thing that DOESN'T seem to perform as advertised is that we have been unable to bake anything decently in the cake ring insert, as the outsides get done but the insides stay mushy. For this reason, we bake cornbread, etc., in advance in a cakepan, and just use the AirCore to keep it warm.
