When Alexis was with this company, the products were fantastic. She is no longer with this company but they use her name. These are not the products that Alexis initially endorsed. Don't waste your money or time with them.

I loved this whole product line, I bought it years ago and I didn't like the candy pink lipstick that came with the kit. They sent me the dark kit one free of charge. They were wonderful. I then ordered a whole new kit again a few months ago and it seemed to be a different formula.

I purchased this product about 4 or 5 years ago. IT is a great product line. The story I have been told was that the cosmetics and busines was originally run by Alexis herself. But things went badly and she left the company to open up another line under her name again. The employee's of the new company and the blogs I've read said there was NOTHING that she could do to get her name off the old products. I ordered from them too and eventually I did get my stuff but I had to really call and call and call. Now the old company AVC is being run and sold via []. They do a good job. I'm not as happy with the products as when I first got them via the Informercial...but they are OK. I think they changed the formulas on some of the stuff and it's not as good. I have yet to try the new line of products. So if you are an Alexis Vogel Makeup Fan then try []. If you never got your stuff you should file a claim with your credit card company. I hope this helps! Alexis' products really do ROCK! I have people tell me all the time how awesome my makeup looks and how great I look! Good luck to you out there!
