I have read the 6 stories from people who have tried to cancel this company's product with no success in cancelling their orders after a long period of time. I just about to report story #7 yesterday when I tried calling this company to cancel my membership due to financial difficulties. After listening to the automated message "pleasestay on the line and the next customer representative will be with you shortly", I remained on the line for at least 1/2 hour before I finally hung up. I wasn't about to give up that easily and tried another approach today. When I called I was able to reach a product consultant by the name of Pam Crane who was very kind, gracious and understanding about my having to cancel the order. She checked my customer record and found that they tried to bill my credit card for the remaining balance of $29.95 (for products that were shipped in February) and my credit card was declined. I had recently cancelled the credit card because of a fraud issue. I agreed to mail a check to Pam for the balance I owed. I was given her full name and address. All I needed to do was provide my customer number and order number along with my check. Pam also apologized for yesterday's situation where I never was able to speak with a customer service representative.

I have used this product for years, I can not believe the issues some people have experienced from ordering Aloette on these infomercials. I have never ordered from the infomercials I always call the corporate office or shop when they are on ShopNBC; they have always been friendly, the prices and shipping is much cheaper, plus the product is delievered within 5 business days! I believe Aloette must job out to another company when it comes to those proucts sold on infomericals.

I have never had any problems with this product. I have been using this product for 2 years and love the results! I have very sensitive skin and this product is wonderful for sensitive skin! I have ordered products from 3 different sources but never did auto shipment. My experiences with this product has been nothing but positive!

Aloette products are actually very good. I've never purchased them from their own website or informercial, though. I've always purchased them through []. The sellers there are reputable. The products are genuine, and the cost is WAY cheaper!

The products are excellent and not a scam. They do have major ordering hangups especially if you order via the TV 800 ordering system. which is is "clunky" and disorganized. Order through a rep and get better service.
