Seriously, I only discovered that this product had an infomercial after poking around on this site. I bought this product at the drug store for $10.00 with a sleep mask and ear plugs. It probably doesn't work, but I use it at night and I go to sleep more easily. What works better than this product is turning off the tv at least a half hour before going to bed and reading, but using the product makes me feel better. I get into bed and tell myself in 20 minutes it will make me feel sleepy, and I am. It is likely the placebo affect, but I will purchase it again. I was just looking for a product with valerian root in it.

Just buy this product from [] for $20 for the same "sleep kit". After reading all the negative comments, I decided not to try it but happened to come across it at []. Yes, I know I am still supporting the company but so far it is working for me. And I need the sleep.

In 1989 I was DX with EMS along with many others. It was traced back to L-Trotophane. Go to NIH studies in the 80\'s about this amino acid. you will fine even in its purest forms it can be deadly. There was also a congressional hearing on it. The long term illness that has followed as been very painful.

I also saw the ad for Alteril on tv on one of my sleepless nights.Unlike many of the compaintants, I did not order through the company advertising it for a free sample for only .97 shipping.Remember, "if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is".Instead, I just looked up Alteril and found it available at [] for only $19.99 for a bottle of 60, went to my local [] and purchased a bottle.The product itself works great for me and no more sleepless nights. I am posting this only to defend the product, not the lousy company that ripped off these people,they should be heavily fined and put out of business.My advice, when you see something advertised on tv, look it up and find out what it really is. More often than not you can purchase it through a legit business such as [] or [] or []Research what the ingrediants are and you will most often find it is just a combination of natural herbs and/or vitamins that you can buy through one of the afore mentioned companies for a much lower cost and minus the problems that these infomercial comapnies put you through.
