I understand how e1 is upset about the shipping & billing but all I had to do was call customer service and they got it all worked out. I paid the $19.95 and did have to pay shipping for the extender but it was $7.95. Under $30 I got the nice drill and extender with 2 diggers. I just figured out how to use it and WOW, it pulled up weeds I have not had to get in 25 yrs! I am THRILLED for this. I think if you don't like it, your not using it right, call 866-504-7702 and they helped me figure out what I did wrong. Give them a chance, I want to order these under $30 for xmas!!! TRUST ME, just talk w/customer service and they will help. Thank you Auger for making this easier for me!!! Very good product.

So read the fine print folks . Even on TV said drill cost shipping and handling. I love it

I ordered the auger, not the drill because I have one. It did take a long time to get but I did get all that I ordered. I love it, it has made yard work easier. I have planted trees, flowers and even used it to dig a final resting place for my 15 year old cat, Missy.
Also, my credit card was NOT charged until they shipped the unit.
I am going to order another for my son.

Well, I negotiated the tricky website. I thought I was getting the whole shebang - auger, weed auger, extension, free drill, all for $20 plus shipping. No replies to e-mails, their customer service number was always unavailable. After 14 days I received two augers but nothing else. Still no response from their customer service.
The auger itself is actually a fairly decent hunk of steel - but I really needed the weed auger, not the plant auger, so I really have no use for what I received.
So my defense of the awesome auger is simply that I received two products (though from my perspective an incomplete order), I wasn't overcharged or duplicate ordered, and it arrived within two weeks.

i ordered the awesome auger, which was to have 2 augers, extended rods, drill and weeder, all i got was the 2 augers with no way to use them, i have made several attempts to call their customer service dept, thats a joke! they keep saying they are all busy and try back later, and hang up on you. they give you an email addie that you cannot access! billy mays should be ashamed using his own name for this.

Well I'm no dummy, I'm not going to order from the computer, I will give it some time and that old Auger will be for sale at [] and I won't have any S&H, just like everything else that guy tries to sell on TV. So read the fine print folks and don't be so quick to hit these buttons. : )

This comment is for Brian. The commercial does not state the S&H of all the bonuses, but a visit to the website does. You need to read the small print for the S&H. The $19.95 plus $8.95 S&H is only for the purchase of the Awesome Auger and free bonus of Ground Aug. For the other free bonuses there's an additional $19.95 S&H for the drill and $7.95 S&H for the Weed Aug and Power Extender. Your bill totalling $56.80 with $36.85 S&H is correct ($19.95 + 8.95 S&H, + 19.95 S&H, + 7.95 S&H = $56.80).

I received the item it works wonderfully, if your son has A.D.D. and got your credit card, that is your fault not the company's. I was a little put off by the lack of a toll free number. I had some questions regarding warranty info, it took a couple of calls but I finally got that resolved. Other than a lack of a toll feee number, most of the complaints are your own fault. The product is great.
