I have been using the back belt for several years and I LOVE IT. I have arthritis in my lower back and this device has greatly improved the quality of my life. The first order I placed on line didn't show up, I called the 800 number and in less than a week a replacement was sent. I have ordered several more over the years as I literally wear them out. I wear them all day everyday. I just bought three more as I'm not sure how much longer they will be offered on line! If you have lower back pain.. give it a try!

I ordered a Back Relief Belt off of a commercial (i.e. called the 800 #) over a year ago, received it in a timely manner and did not have any problems with over billing. I’ve had lower back problems for years and as a computer programmer spend a lot of time sitting. If it wasn’t for the Back Relief Belt I don’t know what I’d do. I wear it any time I’ll be sitting for more than a half hour, in the car, at the movies, working, etc. I found this web site while trying to find out how I can order a belt for my wife and was surprised to hear about the bad experiences that other people have had.

I bought two belt some months ago, and I like mine very much. I have used it on long trips, and after sitting for a long time was able to get up from the seat without any stiffness or pain in my back and. I will be buying another one for the one I have, the air release botton popped out.

I have owned the Back Relief Belt fo over a year. I have to sommute each day to work and often have to travel by plane. I have had a herniated disc and sciatica. The blet is the only productr that allows me to sit without back pain or sciatica. It is easy to wear and works for me no matter what chair or seat I am in.

I am a NYC bus driver. I had back pain from sitting all day. After wearing the Back Relief Belt, I can drive without pain. My other bus drivers saw me wearing it and they tried it. Over 50 driveres are now wearing it at my bus terminal. I would not sit without it.

I agree , however that the 800 number that some have called is difficult. If you press or say the wrong thing the automated system may screw up. For anyone who has had a problem ordering call customer service at 800 686 1722. Although I am not responsible for these issues I saw the web site and wanted to help those who had a diffiuclt time ordering. I was crippled with lower back pain and sciatica. I heard the infomercial on tv middle of the night. I called the toll free number. I was a bit nervous because had to tell information to a computer but I did it. I waited weeks and thought the belts would not come. They did come.. including small ice/heat paks and bigger ones ( I paid extra). My back doesnt hurt anymore. That is all I can say...MY BACK no longer hurts!!!! This thing works!!!!! Carol
