yes i purchased bendeball last month iv read all the fine prints that if you placed ur initial order automatically u are enrolled for the continuity program which i was..its our option as a customer to cancel or continue the program. i recieve my benderball and called the 800 number to cancel my continuity program, they never lacks information to the consumer its the other STUPID consumer who does not read all the disclaimer that they do have on the website.

I have purchased the benderball just as you all did. Everything being stated is correct. Yes, when you place the order it adds an addtional ball but if you pay close enough attention upon checking out, be smarter than they are. I was. They do charge your card a monthly fee but in return they send you workout videos. The ball works just fine and in fact has made me completely satisfied. Read fine print before you purchase things and you actually need to use the products "properly" before making complaints about them!

The ball isn't bad. If used properly and regularly will help the midsection. The problem lies with the automatic future purchases that many consumers are unaware they are signing up for. I am one of those consumers. Why does the government allow these types of business practices to be legal? I can understand why bender ball does it, it's free money...

I am a Pilates instructor and familiar with Leslie Bender's videos. I often use the small balls in class because they are beneficial if used correctly. I was excited to see her product on television and ordered on line instead of the 800 number. I am pleased with the video and balls, I currently have five of each. However I did not get the great deal the infomercial offered and I figured it is because I didn't use the 800 number. Shipment did not take long. I did however have to jump around some tricky spots while ordering on line. If you are not careful and read EVERYTHING, you can end up being on a program where your card gets charged regularly. I had to click "no" many times to process the order. The products themselves are wonderful, it is however sad that you have to navigate through a jungle of traps infomercials present when you order.

I get pretty bad back pain when doing an ab workout & this helps me get through the workout without my lower back hurting. After I watched the DVD that came with the ball, I started using it with my other workout DVD's. The ball is definitely not like the balls that my children have - it has much more give to it. It is like the larger stability balls. The packing slip stated that I was signed up for Continuous Shipments (which I did not want) so I called the 800 number of the invoice & asked to not receive any more shipments. She said 'ok' & gave me a cancellation confirmation number. It took me all of 2 minutes.

I received my bender ball in March with no problem. I've been using it for four months and have seen good results but I must admit watching the instructor on the DVD is boring. She really doesn't motivate you. I do like the product anyway.

I ordered the Bender Ball and it did take a few weeks but I did receive it. I was disappointed that the instructor looked a little out of shape in her mid section but the workouts were fine for me. I am in better shape than their advanced so i just do more intensity. The instructor several times got her left and right confused which I thought should have been corrected in editing or redone but overall I am happy to try something different. I use the larger swiss ball and the smaller ball offers more challenge in balancing for hamstrings etc.
