My name is Yolanda Austin and I wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful product you have. I received the espresso and cappuccino maker for Christmas last year and I was immediately floored.
I saw an infomercial about this product but lost the information. I was disappointed because I wanted to try it. My mother saw it and purchased it for me. I was delighted and immediately used it on Christmas day to make drinks for the entire family. Once I got it home it was even better.
I am a total [] nut and would go every morning for my espresso shot with coffee chaser. This espresso from Benotti is wonderful. I love the taste and how fast and easy it is to use the machine. And, it is unlike other espresso machines I've owned because I could never brew and steam at the same time. I always had to refill the boiler with water to get steam, and it only lasted a short time.
I have cappucinno's and latte's out in mere seconds which my guests love and the coffee itself is wonderful.
Thank you for such a great product and I look forward to ordering more coffee soon. My mother bought me 4 boxes of everything so I haven't needed any for a bit (smile).

Bennoti Espresso Machine is the tops! I love the Bennoti coffee maker and the coffee. In fact, my boyfriend is born raised in Naples and he says the coffee is very good. It is just like the espresso and capuccino I have had all over Italy. I love the decaffinito in the evening too. Anyone who thinks that this is bad coffee does not know what they are talking about. Also, I had surgery on my right hand 10 days ago and the Bennoti is so easy to make with just one hand (and I am right handed)! I certainly could not make coffee the American way with my left hand. I tell everyone how great your company is, and your customer service is tops. I sent an e-mail asking for a detailed description of the 4 different coffees I received and received a reply the next day! The company has gotten so big that they needed to move from their New York warehouse to Connecticut. Perhaps that is one reason some people had a hard time contacting the company. Also, any allegations that the website does not exist are false. Just go to www.bennoti.com and you find everything about the company. Thanks, Bennoti, for bringing such a great product to America!! Love it

I love this coffeemaker & their coffee & the company. They are everything they promise. I am shocked by the negative comments. My order was exactly what I expected. My friends and family love the coffee. My boyfriend was born & raised in Naples, Italy & he loves the coffee. It is meant to be no more than 3/4 of an espresso cup (the small cup). Yum. I had surgery on my right major hand and I can make coffee every morning and night w/the Bennoti w/no effort. Love it!!! You cannot go wrong w/Bennoti!

I cant say a bad thing about this machine. I was having a little trouble at first but it was because I did not read all the instructions. It is very important to read the little card that says
" TO PREPARE A COFFEE AFTER HAVING USED STEAM" if you do not do this it will vapor lock on you and you have to wait until the pressure bleeds off. It is true that there are different Bennoti web sites and the price you pay can very greatly. As low as 10.99 plus s&h and as high as 29.00 for the caps. Just spend some time and look around. As for customer assistance I have talk to them twice. First to order with them and then to ask the average time to let it run for a cup and was able to talk to a real person each time.

This was my first experience with Bennoti and they accidentally sent me the wrong flavor. I called and the customer service woman was very helpful eventhough i hold for 15 minutes its worth it She fixed my order with no hassle..
