I placed a complaint on this site a few weeks ago about the bitshooter and the free drill (9.95 s/h) and I was very dissatisfied because the drill wouldn't work. I just wanted to let everyone know that after contacting them several times I finally received another drill and this one WORKS. I would be willing to give this company another chance. The complaints in this website have reached upper management at Southern Tools and Parts, the company that distributes the Bit Shooter. I am the CFO of Southern Tools and Parts and will make it point for my office to address each of these complaints as quickly as possible. I have verified that the customer service phone line is working properly, although the lines are not open 24 hours. I have received assurance that if a customer does not reach an operator and leaves a message that their call is always returned. Additionally, each email is answered as soon as our office has definitive information about the order. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason our customer is not satisfied, we will refund or replace that product. Southern Tools and Parts markets products to almost every major retailer throughout the United States. You can see our products on the shelves of Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Target just to name a few. I assure each of our customers with complaints that we are not in the business of scamming anyone and work very hard to earn a solid reputation in our industry.
