The Body Row is a good product. I have had it for about 3 years and other than one of the bands breaking after two years, I've been very satisified. I actually bought the product from []. They referred me to another company to replace the band. The trick: do not order from infomcercials. Many of these products, the better ones at least, make their way to [] and [] who both have fair return policies and somewhat more knowledgeable staff. If you call the informercials, you are usually calling a phone center that is taking orders for many different products for many different companies.
