Body victory was given to me as gift by my mom a month ago. She found it on an auction site. She knew I was reading one Marilu's Book's and knew I would be interested in it because I had mentioned seeing the infomercial when it originaly aired but couldn't afford to buy the product at the time. It has helped me lose 14 pounds. Anyone can make this program work if you can't cook everyday, you cook ahead of time and freeze your meals to re-heat. I personaly think the food is great. The exercise is easy for any level. People are just looking for the easy way the out. The is no magic pill or potion that can make you lose weight. But this has been a program sent from heaven for me. It's not eating everything I use to love but I found new foods love and it's about feeling great!!!!!!!

I ordered the Body Victory program about 5 weeks ago. Shipping was fast and the products all seemed to be on the level. Only problem was that once we looked at the recipes and read the dietary restrictions we knew we would never be able to make the changes. I called customer service immediately and they were very polite. They gave me instructions on how to return the package (which I followed). Today I spoke with customer service again to find out when my refund would be posting and it is already in process and should post within a couple of days. (10-16-2006) If you don't hear back from me then it means that everything went fine. Yes this was a spur of the moment purchase that I should have given more thought to, but I cannot find fault with the company and or the service they provide. I am thankful for the customer support. The diet and lifestyle plan could work well for many people. As for us; we will stay chubby for now. Save ALL of your documentation when ordering or returning items at any time until items are recieved or refunds are issued.

I received my body victory in a timely fashion. The online support has been great. I have ordered from Guthy-Renker before and the service has always been good. Body Victory is a very unique approach to dieting. It shows you ways to not only lose weight and get healthy but to organize your whole life.
