In defense of Core Rhythms, I went to their website on the 24th of June, 2007 while surfing the net. I ordered the $39.95 Starter Pack which came to $49.90 after shipping charges were added. Immediately after ordering this online, I noticed that I didn't get a recept to my email address which usually happens after placing an online order. However, I had forgotten to look in my anti spam mail, which is where it went to. So if you're ordering online, make sure to double check your spam. Then I went thru a short period of worrying when I spotted the scam link right after placing my order, saying that this company was scamming people. However, this was not my experience thankfully. I ordered it on a Sunday, the exact amount was deducted from my account on a Tuesday and my package arrived in perfect condition to Long island from California by Friday morning. I was very pleased. I would suggest ordering online rather than placing the order by phone, because everything is in black and white and totally less frustrating. Yes they make the same offers online that they do on the phone, but, when you click on the NO selection at least you know that it went thru correctly and you see what your exact total will come to. All in all, my experience with Core Rhythms was a positive one and I felt they deserved a positive feedback in their defense. Thanks!

I have been exercising to Core Rhythms since August 2006 and have enjoyed the product, my body looks great! I have lost over 37lbs with the help of Core Rhythms and never had any billing problems, yes the introductory fee of 14.95 is a little misleading because you actually end up spending 24.90per month, but think about it you will pay more to enroll in a dance class to learn latin dance, plus its not as fun. My only concern is I suddenly stopped receiving the dvds after March, thank God I haven't been charged, but I really enjoyed the product and recommend it to anyone who loves to dance and get their body into shape.

I have seen the infomercial and I think the instructions on how to order is pretty much simple.Let's face it, why would you get such a cool dance video/exercise with such a low price? anyway...I was curious so I checked both the website and []. I have read the complaints too.I must admit it was wise to order it [] since some people were complaining because they ordered through the phone. from the time I saw the infomercial I just wanted the starter package which contains 3 dvd's:the full workout,the 20-minute quick workout,and another dvd.I ordered these [] and I never had any problems.I was only charged what I was told to pay. Now I am doing CORE RHYTHMS every chance I have and I really love it to death! I have tried other dance videos before and it was not as fun as this. In fact I told a friend of mine about it. This friend does not like to dance at all but when i showed her core rhythms I was surprised to see her reactions,she said "I have to have this!" so one of these days she'll be ordering core rhythms. meantime we just sahre mine! I recommend this to anyone..and if the question is that you don't dance...this will make you because jaana and juliana are just so awesome and the music is so inviting! thank you CORE RHYTHMS! MORE POWER!!!

I ordered this Starter Package via the website without problems. My dvd shell was broken, I got a free replacement with one email. I am also enrolled in the membership. I have received 2 additinal DVD's so far for $24.90 each. One dvd was damaged, I received a replacement after one email. I have found the company honest and easy to deal with. No complaints at all.

I saw the infomercial on TV and was really excited.I googled Core Rhythms to find there web site to place my order, when I ran across this site. I almost did not order them. I find it entertaining how all the people that are complaining about this company did not do any research. It plainly states on there web site that you have 2 options. $14.95(plus S&H) up front and 14.95 after 30 days, and you are then enrolled in there monthly DVD program. Or you can get the Core Rhythms starter package at the non-club price of just $69.90. (plus S&H). How hard to understand is that. If you want the DVD\\\'s but don\\\'t trust the company the you can purchase them from Amazon or QVC. I got my 3DVD set from Amazon for $59.58 (S&H included). The bottom line is you need to do your research before giving your credit card number out to anyone, look at the fine print. someone\\\'s ignorance of the conditions of the purchase is not the company\\\'s fault. All I have to say.

I had no problems what-so-ever when I ordered Core Rhythms over the phone. I did my research first, came on this site, went to their site, and after gathering all the payment options, etc, I called in my order. I just simply said I only wanted the 3-disk set, I wanted to pay in full, and I didn't require any other products. My order was charged the exact amount they told me over the phone, and I received it in the mail about a week and half later. I love the disks! They are awesome, and fun! I love the fact that you can hit the help button anytime and learn that particular move of the segment in fuller explanation! What a great work out. I am suprisingly shocked, I have been burned before by scams, but this was not one! Thank you ~

This is interesting. I was just going to get on the Core Rhythms site to see if they had any more success stories when I ran across this site. I purchased this video via telephone after seeing the infomercial. I went through each step on the phone as the others have said, and had no problem saying no to other offers, etc. The video arrived as stated and my bank account was charged as they stated it would be. After receiving a second video in the series, I called and asked to cancel my order to receive the third one because I already had two and that was enough. They answered the phone promptly and responded to my request without issue. I am surprised to hear all the complaints. As a further note to defend this product, I am 60 years old and have thoroughly enjoyed the videos and have lost lots of inches in the 6 weeks I have been using the video.

I purchased the dvd's, but as always I wait until they show up at []. Had bad experience with one of the very famous exercise informercial supplier and learned my lesson. If they show up at qvc good if not then I will never get it. LOVE THE DVD'S. They are fun.

I saw the informercial and was really excited. I don't ever order anything off the TV but this got me pumped enough to do it. I went to the website (as I always do before ordering anything) and found out about the introductory price and how you will be charged a second installment plus membership in a club. It was all spelled out very clearly on the website. I placed my order and a couple of days later I got an email confirmation. Not long after that I recieved another email letting me know the dvd's were on their way and giving me a tracking number. I recieved them yesterday and couldn't be happier. I was worried at first because the package seemed small but all three discs are in one case. It's a hard workout for sure, I was dying by the end but a little while afterwards I felt great. I look forward to recieving more of the videos.

I cannot believe the number of people on this website who are complaining about being scammed by the Core Rhythms sellers! You all have brought this upon yourselves! What ever happened to due dilligence? Do you believe everything you are told withough question, especially where your hard-earned money is concerned? You are capable of getting on the web to complain, but unable to get on the web to do your homework??? I was extremely excited about the product when I saw the infomercial and very eager to make the purchase. I went on their website and was supplied with all the information I needed about the product and the terms and conditions of sale. I was therefore able to determine that I was not able to afford the purchase at that time, however I do intend to purchase the product in the future when I am able to afford it...and I will purchase everything in one lump sum to avoid future charges to my card.

I purchased Core Rhythms from the website. I saw it on TV and the special offer of $14.95, but with any exercise program you buy on TV they always try to sign you up for continous shipments. they didn't lie to anyone-so how is it a scam. If you went on the website you were even given the option to purchase the entire 3 disc set for one set price with nothing more to buy (the one I chose) or the continous shipments. if you don't trust something, don't give them your money or atleast look up the OFFICIAL website if you have questions. I love the product and wish I did sign up for the continuous because it works. i lost inches within my first week of using it.

I purchased Core Rhythms throught the website after watching the infomercial. The website clearly states two options to purchase the product. I opted out of the club. It is clearly stated that if opting out of the club we purchase the product FULL price, which I did.

I absloutly Adore Core Rhythms and have had woderful service with the company. I did opt for the membership and my only complaints would be that I could not find a way to use a money order for payments, and that the number of workouts included in the membership or length of subscription are not mentioned. I used to be an avid dancer (and hope to be again) and as such am very picky about the quality of dance inspired things like aerobics. Core Rythms is somthing I can stick with for LIFE!

I have no idea if the 800 number operators inform the callers about the monthly subscription, but the Core Rhythms website clearly spells out the details of opting to sign up for the monthly subscription or not. My order went smoothly, I signed up for the montly subscription, got my videos within a week and couldn't be happier. The workouts are a lot of fun. I look forward to receiving the new Core Rhythms workouts!

Our ordering process with Core Rhythms went very smoothly. Of course, we did our homework. First, "audition" means "trial". So we assumed there would either be a second payment or a membership to KEEP the videos. We WANTED the membership, so no problem. Also, we checked out their website, which shows clearly on the TV screen before our purchase, which explained all the purchase options. Even if we had chosen to opt out of the membership, the $60 for the 3 videos is normal for ANY dance videos, and a small price to pay for our health. Complaints I have read seemed to be from others who wanted 3 videos for $15, which is ridiculous!

My purchase seemed to be taking too long however I did receive my product after contacting the company. They handled everything efficiently and I am thrilled with the product. If you LISTEN to the comercial the 14.95 is the INTRODUCTORY price for a trial. Also, you can sign up for the NON-CLUB membership which is what I did and just received the first set of workouts. It was really easy, and although automated I was given choices to participate or not.
No surprises.

Core Rhythms is a fantastic product produced by the BEST in the dance business. It really works and you absolutely can pick just one video if you like. My sister and I BOTH signed up immediately however she ended up having to cancel and with ONE phone call and no questions asked she was able to do so. I have lost weight and stayed with a program for the first time because core rhythms is so much fun. I want people who are like me to know, it a great product and they are 100% into customer service. We had NO problems whatsoever and had courteous fast reliable service when needed.
