I ordered and received Core Secrets basic kit about 2.5 years ago. The dvd's have been great! I use them every day now and love how strong I am! Awesome product.

I bought the basic exercise ball and DVDs. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and are as described. I've used the ball and video a few times and like them, though don't do it enough--but that's not the fault of the video. Did have problems with payment either.

I just want to say that I have been using Core Secrets for years and I love it! I don't understand the complaints because I have never had any money taken out that was not supposed to be. Also, I have always been able to get a hold of customer service whenever I needed anything. Customer Service was also very quick to respond to my emails. I recently wrote to them about losing my pump to blow up the ball and they sent me a replacement one for no cost. I have tried other programs to mix it up a bit but nothing has worked as well or as quickly as CORE SECRETS. I absolutely LOVE this program.

I ordered core secrets off an infomercial. It was very obvious it was a monthly club I was joining. Understand these are companies whose business it is to make money! I don't understand all the complaints about no phone numbers to call. I got the first video and after they sent the second one I cancelled my membership no problem. Customer service was very nice and if I ever wanted future videos I could call and re-open my membership. I think it is a great program, challenging workouts, etc.

Well all I got to say about core secrets is that the workouts are kind of challenging for people who are beginers but if you use it and work out constantly you build up to it and get resuls, as with any other exercise program, you just have to be careful because like all exercise programs, if you don\'t listen to instructions and you do a wrong movement you could get injured. But do not buy this product by phone or by e-mail using your credit card that is a big mistake then they\'ll charge you for things you didn\'t order. I bougt mine at [] for 39.99 cash and have no problems you could also purchase it on the [] store.

I work as a trainer for the agents fielding the Core Secrets order and customer services calls. Please be assured that every single UK agent fully informs every single one of our customers about the agreement that they are entering into. All the infomercials mention the membership schemes and any customer wanting to cancel their membership only has to give us a call. Apologies for the fact that the lines are sometimes busy, but they are freephone numbers and a wait of more than ten minutes is truly exceptional.

well the good news is, in fairness to the Core Secrets, i sent them an email saying them that i didn't received the product and i'm asking for my money back. after that, they they credited the amount to my credit card right away., which is fair enough to me. that's all i wanted, to get my money back, then i'm happy.
thanks.

i work for the company that handles the customer service for core secrets maybe if people wpuld listen and read thier paper work they would know they are entering into a club membership it is stated very clearly in the paper work and the internet and the infomercials. all of you people have selective hearing. and need to be grown ups and read you paper work that come with your product that you order and you know everthing you ned to know and as far s calling in you wouldnt be on hold for very long considering our call never last longer then about 3 minutes. get a life READ AND LISTEN AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOUR ORDERING BEFORE YOU ORDER IT!!!!!!

I ordered the Core Secrets Ball and DVD's a few months ago. My products were received exactly as described. The infomercial is perfectly clear that upon purchase you are enrolled in a monthly DVD program unless you call to cancel. Once my product was received, I called and canceled my monthly enrollment without any problem. Any issues or problems with the Core Secrets product/plan seem to be on the part of the buyers not paying careful attention to whole message or the fine print. I would definitely recommend the products to others and to those complaining about their experience I recomment being a smarter and more careful consumer.

I've been happy with the Core Secrets program ever since I decided to take the plunge. I initially ordered the intro package for around $20 with shipping. I also ordered a 30 day supply of the vitapak supplements. Of course the deal is that you buy the intro package, then after you decide to keep it after thirty day trial, they start sending you additional videos for $25 apiece. I was aware of this from watching the infomercial, and cancelled the reoccuring video plan (along with the vitapak) a week or so later, and had absolutely no problems doing either. They never sent me anything or charged me anything more. I ended up buying the additional Core Secrets videos [] for much cheaper, and I even told their customer service rep that. My point in writing all this is that many of the people are complaining because they tried to cancel the reoccuring video during their initial order, and had complications. You see, that's not the way it works. It's not a scam per se. But they do set it up. You have to play by the rules that they've established (i.e. in the infomercial). So you have to know what the rules are in order to play, and if you play by their rules you'll be fine. No... it's not necessarily 100% honest, but it's certainly no scam.
