I bought this toothbrush along with 2 extras for my children more then 8 years ago. It has worked PERFECT every since. An important thing to do before you use your toothbrush is to let it fully charge like the directions say, or the battery will not last as they warn. So many people skip this step. All 3 toothbrushes & chargers have never given us any problems. I buy refills at [] and they are cheap compared to other well known brands. Myself, and my children always get positive check ups a the dentist and he even commented that since using the electric toothbrush the amount of plaque on our teeth has gone down. Over 8 years for an infomercial toothbrush that shows how well this toothbrush works if you take care of it, and read the instructions.

I bought the Cybersonic Toothbrush when I first saw it on an info-mercial several yrs ago. I believe it has been over 6 yrs. It is absolutely the best. I leave it in the charger all of the time so I cannot attest to how long the charge lasts, but my teeth look great and feel clean for an old gal, not bad. :-)
I am now going to buy 2 more and the price is halfprice now. Got go and order now.

I wasn't sure where to put this comment, but here goes. We purchased this product, to replace a worn out Sonicare toothbrush. The product arrived, we tried it out and were completely dissatisified. We contacted the company, returned the product and got a full refund, no hassles, no problems. While the product was not satisfactory, the customer service was fine. We replaced this unit with a new Sonicare. If you need superior oral hygiene/care, you probably need to go ahead and pay the extra money, in order to get a Sonicare or Oral B. Check with your dentist.

When I quit smoking I would take my Cybersonic tooth brush in the car with me and brush my teeth the entire way to work (18 miles) to help keep the craving for a smoke at bay. As a result the periodontal issues I had cleared up and my once labor intensive and painful cleanings were a breeze. I had two Cybersonics, one stayed in the car and one in the house. The one in the car came in on Weekends to recharge and only after 6 years did it finally kick the bucket. Needless to say I bought another. I did opt NOT to have the replacement brushes shipped automatically. That isn't the greatest service but the brush unit itself is a marvel.

I bought a cybersonic 2 from a local drug store for a great price in their clearence section. But when it was time to get a replacement brush I could not find them. I finally found 4 pks at another drug store at the price of $16.00 for two heads!! Sorry to say I am cheap and thought that was too much.I searched online and found places that sold them but then the shipping was expensive and I couldnt find the origianl website for Cybersonic. I came to this site read a few of the storys and suprisingly someone posted the customer service number for the original makers of this product. I called them and they offered me the great deal of auto shipment for less then $6.00 shipping every 3 months and free replacements!!! I am so pleased with this product and the customer service.I have owned it for about 3 months and it works great I recommend it I felt the difference the first time I used it.

I ordered this product ages ago....... i have cybersonic 2, i have always recieved replacment brushes on time....i even moved and had to change my credit cardnumber and updated all the information with them and the product continued to arrive on time. I leave my toothbrush in the charger most of the time. It works just as great as the day i got it. My only complaint would be that one time i appear to have recieved one of those brushes that doesnt fit as well, but that was only 1 brush out of all the brushes i have used for the past 4+ years.

I've had my Cybersonic for over 4 years, and the battery still works like new. Of course, I keep it in its charger...perhaps those folks who complained that the battery died after a short time need to read the directions! Mine came with 2 years worth of brushes, and when I ran out, I just called them and set up my auto-shipments. The brushes come just when I need them. And oh, yes, the Cybersonic works GREAT! My teeth stay white even tho I smoke and drink tea and coffee! No white strips for me!

I read a few nasty comments about Cybersonic with a fair amount of disbelief. I saw the infomercial about 7 or more years ago and ordered it. I have been more than pleased with the excellent job the brushes have done, the service I have received and the prices I paid when I upgraded to Cybersonic models 2 and now 3. The replacement brushes have come on time like clock work and I have received superb service whenever I had a question. The batteries have lasted more than 3 years and because I had bought their extended warranty with the first order I was sent a new brush with a new battery without any hassle or problem. I recomment them hightly!

I had trouble getting my replacement brushes because I moved. I sent them an email and they fixed the problem right away. I really think it does work better than a regualr toothbrush. Their website is [].com

When I first got the cybersonic toothbrush I thought it was the greatest thing ever made. My dentist was threatening me with removal of my teeth because I have so much bone loss. I am disabled and medications have done some bad things to my teeth. So, I bought the producst and the next visit to my dentist was a great one. I didn't need the deep cleaning and dentist said there was no more damage had been done. Every time I went before this my teeth just kept getting worse, so this was good news to me. Being so satisfied, I went out and bought one for my daughter & her family and my son and his family. We all have been happy with it. The only problem I have come up with is I can no longer find and of the brushes around here. Only the brushes for the cybersonic 2 which don't fit and I don't like. I like the round brushes. It's been so long since I have had my cybersonic that I no longer get any replacement brushes or even know how to get them, and I need them so badly because I have been using the same brush for way too long now and have had to go back to my regular brush at times. Yuck! I really love my cybersonic, but hate the fact that it's sitting there, but I can't use it anymore. I don't want to start getting threats from my dentist again and be a 42 year old woman without teeth. If anyone knows how I can get the right brushes please let me know so myself and my family can continue using the product. Thanks, Lisa

I've had my Cybersonic for years. I love it and have recommended it to all of my friends. I ordered the extra brushes and at first didn't recieve them so I called the customer support line and have recieved them ever since, right on time, and in the same mailer so I know what they are as soon as I open the mailbox. I have a drawer full of them so If for whatever reason I can't get them in the future, I still have a supply until my main Cybersonic unit goes tits up. I use mine without recharging for about 5 days at a time. After that I just drop it in the original charger overnight and "WOW" I get the original brushing that I like so much, and good as new. I don't know why  so many people have so many supposed problems. I love mine and always have! I think rival toothbrush manufacturers must be polluting the customer comments. Dan S. Houston, Texas

I have owned this brush system for 5 years now.  My teeth are so healthy now my cleanings and my dentist can't believe it!  I have no problem with replacement brushes.  I order from the website and pay $4 shipping and handling from [http://] or [http://] has them also.   I am not upset about having to replace my brushes and getting no auto shipments. I bought the brush because I wanted healthier teeth. It's saved me 4 years of buying toothbrush after toothbrush and thousands in dental bills and deep cleanings.

Anyone who writes something bad about the Cybersonic toothbrush []. I have had one for over 5 years now and it has saved my teeth. Prior to getting this brush I had regular cavities but not one since I started using it. For what I have saved in dental bills I can say it would be worth $500.00 to me and if thats what it cost, I would surely pay it. I have bought 4 more on [] since the first for about $30.00 each and my parents swear by it also. I am 48 years old - trust me and do yourself a favor and get the original brush cheap []. You will thank me for a very long time to come. any questions email me at [mailto:@] and I will confer all of this

I purchased the Cybersonic over three years ago and believe it to be the best in oral care available to a non-dentist; this opinion is shared by every dentist that has looked into my mouth not knowing how I took care of it. There is no doubt in my mind that the speed of the brush does clean teeth better than a conventional toothbrush and the fact that there are no actual moving (mechanical) parts in the brush head itself singles it out from all other electric brushes on the market today. As far as a lifetime brush replacement scheme...anyone who allows a shipping company unlimited access to their personal credit card expecting constant attention and no fraud is very naive in today's world. The product is good, I believe Mr. Urich to have been very sincere; it is the marketing and merchandising companies that are at fault and should be penalized; but the fact remains that the product itself outperforms any in comparison. I do enjoy this product -- makes my mouth feel very clean. My girlfriend likes it more than I do. Her gums use to bleed from normal brushing, but since you don't scrub with this system, that is eliminated. Plus her mouth has never been fresher after each use (I can verify the difference). My model is one of the earlier versions (over a year ago) and the recharger sometimes makes a lot of noise, but my girlfriend's newer model is silent as far as I can tell. I never had trouble with the brush replacement system, but we all know that $6.95 covers more than the cost of the replacements and shipping (but hey, it is better than having to buy more expensive alternative replacements). My mom also got a Cybersonic; she liked it until it broke (2-3 months later), but she did not try to get it replaced. The flossing attachment is worthless to me as flossing normally is much easier. I just use the brush attachment even when I brush my tongue. The tongue attachment might be able to reach further back, but I'm just too lazy to switch out the components. Also didn't notice a difference with the whitening system (no whitening system has ever worked for me). Anyway, it is the best product that I've ever purchased from the TV so far.

I've had the Cybersonic toothbrush for over 2 years and I've never had a problem. I recently moved and called their customer service number (800-770-7525), got right in and got a representative.  I've never missed getting my replacement brushes.  I love my toothbrush-it does a wonderful job.

I've had the Cybersonic for about a year and a half now, and it is the older model.  I've been very happy with it, although a few months ago my cat knocked the charging unit off my bathroom sink and now it hums or rattles occasionally.  However, you can shake and tap the unit to get it to stop.   It's true that the company won't send you replacements every month, but they've always sent them out promptly when I call, and they send you a few at a time.   Honestly, each replacement head is good for three to even four months, so I've only had to call for replacements three times since purchasing the unit.  If you've had difficulties with the retailer, that's too bad, but it doesn't change the fact that it is a high-quality product and the high end of the commercial "electric" toothbrushes.  The new version looks even better.  In sum, I recommend this product and I haven't had any out of the ordinary difficulties with it or the company.

I purchased the cybersonic toothbrush about 4 years ago. I love the tooth brush. The replacement brush program however was a nightmare. I recieved replacements every month. Finally I had so many cause they came two at a time that I called the company to cancel. I called twice and spoke to representatives after a long wait and advised them I no longer wanted the replacement brushes sent to me. They finally stopped like 2 months after I called, but they kept billing my credit card. I called Amex month after month to dispute the charges and when they did not stop billing I had to have Amex close my account and reissue me a new credit card number.
