I ordered the Cybersonic toothbrush about 2-3 years ago after having seen one of their informercials with the late Robert Urich.  Ever since that time, I have received the replacement tootbrushes (2) on a regular basis for which I am billed about $5 for shipping. It seems to perform well, and the only complaint I could make about the product is that its charge does not last for more than 4 uses, rendering it useless for anything more than an overnight stay (for two people) without its cradle.

I have had my Cybersonic tooth brush for over two years.  It is the best tooth brush that I have ever owned.  My dentist has commented more than once about how it has improved my overall oral hygene and recommended it to his other patients.  I don't know whether you can get the same results with other tooth brushes. However, I owned a much slower Oral B  before this and the difference between the two is significant.  Yes, the replacement brushes are about 6 bucks in shipping.  But, they arrive like clock work.  I have never had to contact the company for support.  The unit just keeps on working.

I bought your product, after seeing it on TV, in December 2001.  After the first brushing I could tell this was a great product.   My teeth felt better than they did after a professional dental cleaning.  I used to have receeding and painful gums but these problems have stopped.  My dentist can't believe it but in the past 3 years my gums have not receeded and don't bleed.   I was receiving the replacement brushes about every month but I called the customer service and had them stopped.  Now I buy replacements at a local Target.  The Cybersonic cleans much better than your ordinary electric brush.  I take it along on vacation, except to England because the DC current there would probably blow it up!   Thank you for making this brush.

ok for some folk they just want something for nothing. do you reallly think an independent distributor or someone with a small business on the internet and a small store can really afford to give away free replaceable toothbrush heads for life.  they would lose to much money and have to go on goveronment supplement because it cost money to start a business there is more than meets the eye.now if you paid $200 for a cyber sonic oral care system than they can only afford to send one replacement brush every three months for two years. ok so that would be 8 times and then you would have to purchase the replacement brushes. you could get it from them but if you have to pay shipping costs because they do not have a local store than well just go to walmart. an electric replacement brush costs about $4 bucks and it does clean better I don't feel that icky grime.  I noticed a huge difference. now if you only paid $79 bucks for the oral care set do not expect to get free replacement heads. I think they might have charged you for the shipping costs. anyrate that your business if you want cavaties using a cheap brush. my electric brush has last me very long time. I only replace the heads every two months 6 times a year more than most people whom are to cheap.

I originally bought my Cybersonic tooth brush three years ago with hope but a very sceptical attitude.  My wife made fun of me, but I continued use it and have nothing but good experiences at my dental checkups. Every checkup for the past three years has improved to the point where, the last time I went in, it took less than 5 minutes for hygienist to scrape the tarter.  She was suprised.   The Dentist tells me that I have excellent oral hygiene.  My wife has stopped laughing and started using it as well and is realizing the benefits of the Cybersonic Toothbrush.  I recommend the Cybersonic toothbrush system to anyone who wants to shorten their visits to the dentist and improve their overall oral hygiene. You can feel and see the difference immediately.

I have owned a cybersonic toothbrush for six years now. After the first two years the original brush died but the company let me still buy the warrenty (At the original price for the warrenty) and use it right then. This means that I paid less for the replacement brush using the newly purchased warrenty because the warrenty cost less than the brush. Now my dental experience: I went to the dentist for a checkup after not having gone for four years. The dentist couldn't believe how clean my teeth were. She said they were some of the best that she had seen. When I told her how I cleaned my teeth using cybersonic she instructed me to keep cleaning my teeth the exact same way because it was working so well. The results speak for itself. Ah yes, about not recieving the extra toothbrush heads, people, check to make sure your credit card is still valid. Once it expires cybersonic won't call you to tell you, they just won't send anymore heads until you give them a new, valid card number.
