This product was the first one that turned me on to ephedrine (now illegal in the US, because it can be used as a precursor to meth). There were a lot of legal issues from 2002-2004 with products containing ephedrine. The legal status was changing on almost a weekly basis in the states. If you had a problem receiving the product, blame the US government and it's nazi 'war on drugs'. If you did not receive the product and would like your money back, write your local government representitive. Phone them, email them, go to their office. Let them know that the government stole your money by persecuting vitafree. Anyone that liked diet-zx - know that it worked because of ephedrine mixed with caffeine. You can still obtain ephedrine legally in the US if you purchase it as a bronchodilator (vasopro most popular). It is _only_ for people with asthma (being overweight qualifies, right? ;-). Do _not_ mention that you will use it for weight loss, as that is illegal. My sympathy goes out to those of you who lost money, you might not be able to get your money from the cc company because the GOVERNMENT made ephedrine illegal.

Although, I wouldn't buy it again. Everything went well with my purchase os Diet ZX. I lost ten pounds in a month without too much exercise or diet changes. It didn't effect my moods or anything weird like that. I am six foot and went from the heaviest I had ever been, 206, down to 196 in a month. I continued unitl I ran out of the pills, 2 more months, and got down to 180. I am now back up to 190. The Product came on time, with no extra charges. It probably works just as well as anything you can buy off the shelf. I think your body works up a resistance to any product. I tried something called Thermodrine a few years back. Wow, it sucked my love handles right off. Of course, my heart was pounding out of my chest, I was hyper, and always had a dry mouth. I toughed it out for a month and hit a point where it did nothing for me. I could have been one of the lucky ones witht he company and the product. Some people can take these pills and be okay. Some i! t can be dangerous. Be careful.

I too ordered from the infomercial. I received my product - this has been over 2 years ago. I was about 230 pounds on a 5 foot 3 inch body - so needless to say I was FAT!!! I took one a day for the 6 month supply I received - in that time I dropped almost 60 pounds. It also helped control my persistent allergies - meaning I could quit taking the aweful Benadryl everyday, and my acne began clearing up after a 20 year battle with it. Diet ZX also helped my control my hypoglycemia through my diet - no more crashes - no more binges. This is one of the best products I have ever used and if I can find a way to order more I will. I am tired of people bashing a product they have not used and do not know the full benefits of it. I am now a petite 130 pounds thanks to DIET ZX helping me get on track. I would never have gotten this far without it. I too ordered sometime last year - my card was charged - and no product - however that has NOT killed my belief in the product - only the reseller that I ordered through. You are slamming a product here that is a wonderful thing - when it is the reseller at fault - keep that in mind. If the FDA ever done testing on this product and how it relates to diabetes and hypoglycemia they would have an instant cure for it as well as allergies!!!!! I am supposed to use an inhaler every day 3 times a day. Since taking the DIET ZX (now resorting to Go Go Juice since I can't find Diet ZX) I have not had to use my inhaler for over a year!!! Nor have I had to take any other allergy medications!!!! Please remember when you post that you are upset with the reseller NOT the product itself. Thanks you for listening and I hope you get the opportunity to try because I started with DIET ZX a size 22W and for a woman to wear a size like that it is embarrassing to even shop. I am now a size 8 - yeah a size 8 and I love to shop and show off what DIET ZX helped me find within myself!!!!!!
