I joined DirectBuy 2 years ago and saved 10 times the amount I purchased my membership for. I bought kitchen appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, master bedroom mattress, hard wood flooring and carpet during my remodel. I kept track of my savings which was well over $12,500. I love directbuy.... You need to do your homework when purchasing but when you do you save lots of money.

I am a painting contractor, so does Direct buy save you money on Paint?..sure they do!.. [] MSRP $30.00 a gallon. Direct Buys cost $29.00..Contractors Price $18.00 a gallon. so the short answer is yes, you will "save" with your membership

I think the staff is so very helpful. I have saved about $4,500 by having a membership at DirectBuy. I have been a member for almost a year now and the convenience is fantastic. The smiling faces that appear as I walk in the door is as if time stood still. The restrooms are very clean, and the showroom looks brilliant. I will certainly be back daily!

To all future DirectBuy members, I am in the process of building and finishing a 6800 square foot, single level, old world Tuscany home in the Lake Matthews area of Riverside County. The only problem I had is that I became a member too late. I was 75% completed when I purchased my membership. Just on my [manufacturer name withheld by moderator] windows alone I could have saved over $7000! My clay tile roof, manufactured in Corona, CA at [manufacturer name withheld by moderator] Tile, would have saved over $6000. My cabinet door handles for the same item, color, and manufacturer would have saved me over $900. 75% of this homes furniture was furnished with names name brands all offered throught DirectBuy. I saved close to $15,000 on these items. Regarding the staff at DirectBuy; I have been working with 4 to 6 of the staff and they have been assisting me in finding items and completing my purchases. Regarding the service and delivery department; all of my purchases have been inspected at drop-off, and before pick-up. The staff in these 2 departments have been courteous and very professional in making sure my items were not damaged and they were accounted for correctly.

The truth be told! I'm overwhelmed! Every catalog is full of wonderful designs, etc. I feel like I entered a candy shop. You can't beat the high quality of the merchandise or the prices that go along with them. The service is so special, everyone knows our names and we are treated like family. We are both very pleased with every second we've spent at DirectBuy of El Paso. I'd much rather spend my free time leafing thru these wonderful catalogs than read a good book, that’s a very strong statement as I LOVE to read. Thank you everyone at DirectBuy, bless you all. We haven't been members very long, and we are very happy so far. The staff in the showroom has been very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with one of our items arriving damaged, but DirectBuy made sure the issue was corrected. We have already saved quite a bit and are looking forward to future purchases.
