This has been a great product for my teenage daughter. My husband wears a hat all day and sometimes has breakouts around his cap line. It works for him as well. I did stop the delivery because as a monthly shipment, we were stocked up for awhile. Will resume shipments soon. I'm sorry for the trouble some of you have had, I know things like this can be a nightmare. Good luck!

First of all I am a chronic sufferer of acne, been living with acne for 15 years now. It has gotten better but it never really has gone away...until I found this wonderful product. I've tried everything, from topical over the counter products to famous t.v. advertised ones, dermatologist, pills, expensive spa treatments all and nothing has given me the continuous and effective result as Epiclear. Its easy to use, I started twice a day, in the morning under my make-up in the morning and night with my favorite moisturizer. Now I only use it once a day and it keeps me acne free or breakout during my period. I simply LOVE this product, how I wish this was available 15 years ago, it would of saved me much suffering and embarrassment. The complaints I saw regarding about the FREE trial, its very simple I do not understand why people feel taken advantage of when it clearly states that after a certain amount time if you don not cancel your automatic enrollment you will be charged full price. The phone number comes with the statement that you receive when you get your product also [] provided their number there and its easy to contact personnel. I simply have to say that if you use the product everyday at least once a day depending on how severe is your acne this will clear up your face. I know because I use it.

Hi, I'm so sorry that happened to you guys. Maybe there is another website that looks like Epiclear and that is a scam but when I went to their site, I did get the trial product for $4.95. However, I will tell you as someone that got damaged from Pro-active(not their fault or anything just found out the hard way I was alergic to benzl peroxide and kept using for way too long), that I loved Epiclear. I saw results immediately which I never had before. There isn't any Benzl peroxide in it so I didn't get more breakouts. The ones I have just disappear. I know since you guys got ripped off, you probably don't believe me but on my order slip there is a web address, a postal address, and a phone number to call with questions or cancellation. My order number is on the top and I was able to easily cancel the monthly installments and can just order whenever, like 6 months or so. That's why I think somebody is using the name because I have to tell you, I love Epiclear. I have been using their cleanser for the past month and this is the only cleanser ever that I have been able to use that doesn't hurt me and only improves my skin. I use it with the spray and I love what I see.
