My husband and I have used EpilStop for MANY years (more than five) and continue to be very pleased. We use it once every 4-8 weeks and even on "sensitive" areas with absolutely NO trouble at all!! We do not believe the product is bad, simply that some people will have different reactions to the product and use it under different circumstances . . . some people could have the same "reactions" with anything -- toothpaste, lotion, hairspray, perfume, etc.

I used it- (Im a guy & my first time ever removing hair from my body) If you follow the directions- exactly: do not wet your skin beforehand & DO a pre-test and WAIT 24hrs before continuing and do not leave it on too long, & do not wash it off without the damp cloth- it will work I felt no "burning" and did not develop any redness at all.. 5 weeks later and my hair is just now starting to grow back. For those of you who did not do a pre-test- you only have yourself to blame!

I used the product and I love it. I use it less now because my hair takes longer to grow. I admit it took me more than one application before I saw results but I was putting it wrong. My friend used it and she show me how to follow the directions. Thanks Epil Stop
