I purchased Fast Abs and the product I received did not work. I could not figure out how to get a hold of the company, so I checked the internet. I finally found a phone number, but after reading all the postings on this site, I was ready to argue with the company. Tonight I called the company and was able to speak with a customer service representative very quickly. The lady on the phone pulled up my shipping information in the computer and ordered a replacement for me. She said that there have been changes and I do not have to send any money to replace it and I don't even have to send the broken Fast Abs to them. If I end up receiving a working Fast Abs, then I think this company has made some great changes.
