I bought the express 101 at a [] for []; it was almost new; I have been using it about twice a week for almost a year and it is just fine; no flaking of the teflon at all. I do spray it with [] or put some oil in it when I make cornbread; it is really nice to bake cake or bread in without having to heat the entire kitchen with the oven. Would say it would be worth the full purchase price on TV.
Am very happy with it!

I ran across this site while looking for recipes for the cooker. I have had my GT's for over 2 years with my only complaint being finding different things to cook. I am a Registered Nurse and love healthy meals. My children are off to college and I no longer have to make large family meals. The complaints on this site shocked me. I also have 4 friends who use these units frequently. We share quick meals that we experiment with for taking to work. My 2 units arrived in about 8 weeks not unusual as it was near the holiday season. The billing, shipping, and price was just as described. I received no additional costs but I do regret that I did not order the recipe books. My units have never had any of the coating come off with frequent use and with college boys. If you use anything other than teflon specific utensils you could damage the unit and once scratched the teflon will peel off. I think that most of the complaints were about the billing process. When you order listen carefully and ask questions about each area of the order while it is occuring. Overall, I am very pleased with these units. Please don't hesitate to order this product due to the complaint area. The product is great for breakfast and making numerous sandwiches for lunch. Single people need it because you can cook separate fresh foods together with no preservatives for a healthier meal instead of popping one of the bought meals into the microwave. One thing I paid the total cost of my product rather than payments. Maybe that is the difference in the billing problems. Anyone out there with recipes please list the web site or even better yet. start a web site for recipes. Joyce in Alabama

A friend and I purchased the GTxpress 101 together. Buy 1 get 1 free. Yes, the S&H is expensive, but we knew that when we ordered. The operator was very clear with me about the number of machines that came in a unit. 2 machines is 1 unit. I was asked several times about the number of units I wanted and I was also asked several times about the recipes. I told the operator that I wasn't interested in any recipe membership. She did continue to ask me, but I continued to say "no". We were told that our total price was going to be 69.80 and that is what was charged to the account. We haven't been charged any more. I ordered the GTXpress on March 13-08 and got the package on March 24-08. I was very worried about our order because I had read all of the other reviews/complaints, but I must tell you that we have no complaints. We do agree that the machine is smaller than it is on TV, but we knew it wasn't going to be big. I have made many wraps in the machine and they have all turned out great. I love the fact that you can make "sunny-side-up" eggs in the machine and the yolks never get broken. It is a healthy way to make eggs and all other types of wraps, pockets and baked potatoes. We absolutely love this machine, and hope that people will read this review and all of the other positive reviews on this site.

I just ordered the product. I can see how some got the ordering messed up because they try and get you to add on stuff to the order. I ordered 1 unit (2 machines)14.95 X 2 for shipping and 19.95 X 2 (2 payments). My total was 69.80 and that's what they debited my account for. I told them "no" on everything else they tried to get me to buy and accepted one total payment so I didn't have to worry about them messing with my account for 2 months. I got really freaked out with the # of complaints for this product on line and called the customer service to track my shipment. I got a woman right away who said the order was being processed and I should receive a confirmation e-mail w/ tracking # when it ships. I ordered 3/9/08 so it makes sense that my call was a little premature. I am hoping the complaints are wrong - we shall see. So far so good though...

I ordered this product in March 2007. I got the buy one get one free (paid alot for the shipping, but the other was a housewarming gift.) The customer service rep I spoke to said it would be to me within 7-10 business days. I waited and waited, long past a month before I finally called the customer service number. A nice man answered and when I explained the situation, he checked delivery confirmation and when one could not be found, sent me another set with no hassle whatsoever. I recieved them a few days later and was charged exactly what I was supossed to be charged. The product is not as amazing as what it seems on TV, but it is a quick and easy way to make a snack for the kids or to make a couple of dinner rolls without having to wait on the oven to heat or for other food to finish cooking. Overall, I am fairly satisfied.

I ordered the GT Express, it was a little bit late coming as they didn\'t tell me the warehouse was doing inventory for 2 weeks.
Then I read some of the stories on the complaints and it worried me.
We received them and have tried several things and are very happy with it. My husband thinks it is great too. We are full time RVers
and with little space they are great. Tomorrow we are going to do hotdogs in the little biscuts. like a pig in the blanket. Happy cooking everyone!

I'm amazed at the negetative remarks that I just read on the other link!! I ordered my GTXpress on the phone - yes it was a "computer" but gave very very clear instructions. I did NOT receive 4 like many in the unhappy group did and I received my order very quickly! If it's buy 1 get 1 free, you don't order 2! I can't understand how the red light could fall in the food when it is on the top back part of the machine. Are people making up bad things to say because they accidently ordered 2 sets and are angry? Also, I just used it 3 times in a row and I find it hard to believe that it would peel after 2 uses like someone commented. Good grief people - be honest and watch how you order. The seller probably isn't responsible for you lack of attention! Additionally, I can say that it makes great omeletts and wonderful wraps. YUM!

Im one of the customer who definitely at first hated the billing of my product, because when I got my bill from the bank and saw that it overcharged me i then decided to cancel it because its worth $153 and something. I really love the machine because one of my niece already have it and the time she have the machine its already long time ago when i tried t use it before so when I saw that the infomercial was still running then so I go to order,I was shocked because of the bill!HONESTLY SPEAKING I did not ever knew that it was also my fault when i called this september to check the order and why they billing me $153.00,me and my husband keeps on calling to cancel it and CS saying we cant cancel the order because it
still being processed so my husband called back the last time and spoke to I belive it was Alex what he said he spoe to a rep and most definitely i dont know how she exp it to my husband but in my understanding the reason why i was billed for that is because i ordered or i mean MISORDERED to honestly say 2 pkgs, she also told my husband that before telling how many would we like to order there would be an intro that for each pkg you'll already receive 2 machines which is in my understanding was 2 pkgs,i dont know how she had explained it to him but I definitely know now,my husband still requested for the cancellation and we will then reorder as she mentioned over the phone.Right now what my thinking is I wanted to place order with CS if possible and I wanted to place it with Alex again so i would not mistakenly order 2 pkgs and i wouldnt be overcharged.I dont know how she convinced my husband but what i know is the price is worth the product because my niece also loves it and it stayed longer as a matter of fact compared to the complaints i've read that the coating is peeling. It just depends on how you'll be taking care of the product so it would stay long..right honey.

There are some faults with this product and the shipping methods I do agree. There is no way to track your order unless you call and the design could use improvment. However it is still a wonderful product that cooks fast enough to allow me time to get to work. It is quite important to follow the instructions of the product...spray it with cooking spray..don't use metal objects..so on and so forth. The expensive shipping is also a given..I mean it's from an infomercial but I believe once you recieve the product you will see that the cost is still worth it. By the by, I ordered online and was very sure on what I was clicking..yes to one payment and no to the deluxe model. Please when you are ordering this product take very good care to save your receipt page and click slowly reading everything.

I received my two GT Expresses just a couple of weeks after ordering. I agreed to pay in one payment and I have not seen my credit card bill yet, but I love the product. It is extremely easy to use and to clean and it cooks beautifully. With just my husband and I it is ideal for breakfast and for easy, no leftover meal portions. I may even buy more as gifts!

I bought this recently and agree that the do rob you for the shipping, but other than that I have been using it for everything. It works great and cleans easy. I received within in one week. I don't understand what all the fuss is about. We LOVE it.

My wife and I ordered a GT after many years of seeing the infomercials back in late January. They advised us that it would take about two months for the product to arrive, and advised us that if we took the 2 for 1 deal, we would have to pay shipping for both. When all was said and done we got two machines, the shaker and the flavor syrenge as well as spatualas for $83.00. Less then two months later it arrived EXACTLY as described, and we've had a ball with it. 90% of the complaints I've seen come from idiots who buy a product without reading the fine print. There is no scam involved, the associate on the phone made sure I knew how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The also let us know that the payment would NOT be taken out of our account until the unit was shipped. Great customer service, good buy , great product.

We have an older unit and stopped using it for a while. The new infomercials convinced me to get it back out a use it and like the results. We found it better to spray with Pam or such while the unit is cold and wipe the spray thoroughly over the entire cooking surface. These are the results so far: - small box muffin mix with egg and buttermilk divided into both wells,,, added small amount of fruit cocktail (liquid went with buttermilk into mix). Excellent! Came out of the wells just fine and didn't stick. - cut small pita bread rounds into 2. Spread mayo in one and mustard in other. Filled each with slice of deli roast beef, deli turkey, 2 folded slices of Swiss cheese and put each into a well for 5 minutes. Both the mayo and mustard versions were excellent! - used pita halves as above but put in cooked sausage patty, 2 folded cheese slices and some pre-scrambled eggs (could be leftovers). After 5 minutes, was fabulous. We are happy we got it back out and are using it again. Anyone know where we can get some more recipes?

I _love_ my GT Xpress! It's a convenient kitchen gadget when cooking for two. I've cooked breakfast foods such as biscuits, fried & poached eggs, "wraps" with various fillings, corn dogs - and so much more. I have had no problems with foods sticking because I use a very small amount of butter or PAM. And cleanup is as easy as wiping with a paper towel. I'm looking forward to many more meals from my GT Xpress.

I just love this product. It has been wonderful not only for myself, but my daughter just loves it. She has come up with alot of her own recipes. I love it for breakfast's, as they are so quick. Ive had no problems with cleaning or cooking time. Somethings might take just alittle longer, but it was take more time and a bigger mess if I used my regular pans. I can make any kind of sandwich that my grandson loves. It is great. I'm sure everyone could find something wrong with anything, but I can't really find out anything I don't like about this product. I suggest get creative and you will love it just as much as I do.

I love my GT xpress... i have had no problems cleaning it becuase i don't use for things not enclosed in a sandwich...yes it does drip on the counter and yes it would be nice if it was water proof or came apart for cleaning but over all i am pleased. my kids love having calzones and other pocket sandwich meals out of this and the quality and quatity of each serving is much better than other sandwich makers. i don't recommend it for omelets and other wet food that are advertised on the info-mercial though. i also like that i can make items without heating up my whole kitchen.

I have a GT Xpress pot and love it. I use it for just about everything. If you keep it clean and follow directions, it is very easy to clean.  Yes, you have to spray it with Pam each time, and avoid metal utensils -- but that isn't a problem.
