I would not say that the product is a scam. It works! I used to go dancing every weekend and stayed in great shape. You may have experienced problems with customer service (talking to someone from another country) as I have, but I learned that if you call during normal business hours, you'll reach an American (no offense against anyone from any culture). The task is to inform BeachBody that they need to work on their customer service and/or processing systems. I have several BeachBody products and have referred them to others who are also seeing phenomenal results. To be honest, any activity done on a regular basis will yield some weight loss results. I love Hip Hop Abs! Well, for those you had complaints with the workout itself, you may want to look at the mirror to see if you are doing the right way of how to tighten your abs. But don't only depend on the exercise workout to make you slim fast! You need to eat healthy too, try some discipline in eating. Well for the complaints about the orders of this product, this s**t really happens in every aspect of phone, email ordering. General Rule: 1. Do not give out credit card information if you do not really want to buy the product, anywhere in the Internet. If you want to know more about the product, search anywhere, just don't give your credit card. Don't blame them and cry to yourself! 2. Read, read, read and understand! Don't just click here and there without even understanding what they're going to. Sometimes, we got scamed because of us. We do have a choice before we became a victim. So read and don't be stupid. I love the workout and it really makes my sweat glands work to the top.

I am appalled that first of all, so many people are upset with a company they ordered from off of an INFORMERCIAL. There's no telling what you will get with that kind of a setup. I ordered mine [], paid a lot less for the product and have been loving it so much that I went back (to []) and got two more DVDs from the Dancy Party series. You pick the company and shipment price you want, and you know that [] has an awesome rep for dealing with []. I look better and feel great. I am recommending Hip Hop abs to everyone I come in contact with, but never, NEVER thru the informercial. BeachBody is a great company with some great products that my friends and I love.

So far so good. The tapes arrived timely and since - I don't mind trying to keep up with Shaun T. He moves quickly-- I don't feel much of a burn yet, but then again, i just enjoyed watching the workout so far...I plan to try it full out next week...I\'ll type back later.

I am really shocked at any complaints by Beachbody.... First off, I think most people need to understand about cancelations once and item is ordered! Beachbody is a HUGE and complex ordering setup. Most people that complain about not being able to cancel right away apparently DO not shop a lot online or over the phone. I have been in the retail business for a LONG time and understand how orders are processed AND shipped. Once you ship something and it's in the hands of the carriers whether it is FedEx, USPS, or UPS....There is NO getting the parcel back. You will have to return it upon receipt. Beachbody is great to deal with and they never scam anyone. They offer you after check out some last minute items just like any store does whether online or in person at a department store. They are called "add on" sales. You can always press the SKIP button at any time to ignore these items and continue to check out! Hip Hop abs is fun and makes working out more enjoyable. I have 4 sets of workout tapes from them...HHA, Yoga Booty Ballet, Turbo Jam, and Slim in 6. They are worth ever penny and better than the expensive Gym classes that are horrible and usually taught by part time instructors.

I purchased the Hip Hop Abs series and I love it. I noticed and many others noticed a difference in a very short period of time. I have many videos and have to say this is one of my favorites. I read alot of the complaints about Customer Service, although I agree that they try to sell you other products and was quite annoying but so do all other companies that are trying to get ur money. But on the positive side, I believe most people who buy and try this video will really enjoy. You cannot blame the product if you don't enjoy the dance moves or cannot execute the dance moves. Buying this customers are well aware that this is a Hip Hop movements and should be aware if they will be able to do it or not. So with that said I really enjoy these videos and will continue doing them.

I received an email soliciting Hip Hop Abs and as soon as I clicked to learn more an infomercial came on for Hip Hop Abs and boy was I excited. I always loved to dance, but have not danced in many years, and the music and advertisement made me think that I had finally found a FUN way to exercise. I ordered the set on the 20th, got a confirmation that my item was shipped on the 22nd, and received it today--8 days after it was shipped. I loved exercising with Shaun T so much that I spent over 2 hours moving my body while I cruised through 2 of the dvd's. What a Great workout. I have never had this much fun while exercising. Now I can dance to my hearts content and work out at the same time. I really don't know what all the complaints are about. No complaints here--just complete satisfaction. I would gladly order from Beachbody again, as a matter of fact, I am thinking about ordering Turbo Jam later.

I have been a Beachbody customer for a long time. I got lazy and fell off the wagon again until one late night the infomercial for Hip Hop Abs came on. I went online and ordered from their site. They asked me several times if I wanted to order extra stuff and I always clicked \"No Thanks\". They upgraded me for free for expedited shipping which came in a week. I have had it for 3 days and LOVE it ! I have never had so much fun working out before and I have several of their other programs. I actually look forward to working out because of this new program. So much fun, I sweat like crazy so I know I\'m burning calories, plus my buns, thighs, arms and abs are all sore lol. Can\'t wait to see my results in a couple of weeks. I recommend this for everyone. You have to make sure to click \"No Thanks\" or tell the rep you are \"not\" interested in any other supplements or products to avoid confusion..I give Beachbody an A+..

I ordered HHA and love it! When ordering over the phone, you have to pay attention to what is being said to you. I am sure some of you said yes to something you really had no clue about and now you want to whine. Turn the tv down, don't converse with others, pay attention and you won't be charged for something you didnt want. The sales rep is only doing their job in offering you additional items. Don't curse, yell or be rude to them. They have a script to follow and are not allowed to deviate from that. If you dont want to hear the additional offers, order online. If you have to order via phone, just say no to the additional offers. Argueing only wastes more time and you will get nowhere. Trust me! Say no and let them move on to the next offer, you will be off in a jiffy. HHA will be sent in 5-7 BUSINESS days! Business is the keyword folks. Sat and Sun are not business days.

I read some of the complaints just now, and am concerned about the 5/25/07 from Katie and the 6/16/07 from Cindy, as they are the EXACT same message...I think THAT'S the scam!lol

I ordered Hip Hops Abs online earlier this month after seeing the infomercial several times and visiting their website and this website to get information. I was very pleased with the ease of using the Beachbody website; it allowed me to bypass all the extra offers they tried to sell me without much of a hassle at all and I felt everything else was explained very clearly. The best part, though, was how they handled an error on their end. I received two copies of my shipping validation email but I assumed it was a computer glitch on their end and wasn't concerned. It turned out it was a glitch on their end: I'd been shipped and billed for two copies of the DVD set! I was worried after reading some of the horror stories on here that I would never see the refund they promised for the second set but I received one set of DVDs today and, upon checking my credit card statement online today, I have in fact been refunded the price of the second set. The very best part, though, is that they said in the email notifying me of the error that I could keep the second set they'd shipped, free of charge. I'd call that exceptional customer service, and even without the possibility of an extra free copy, I would order absolutely order from Beachbody again.

I was very sad to here about every one that has problems with ordering HHA. Maybe when you ordered you said yes to some thing and didnt realize what you were saying yes to. I should be recieving my HHA today. I am very excited to get this started. I had no problems with ordering it told me every thing step by step, told me my total. Told me how many days it would take. I know most people are impatient but things take time. I do wish when I order things they just pop out of the screen but they dont. I got a conformation email right away it said in the email that they will let me know when they ship. The next day I got an email with shipping info. Tracking # and every thing I was very pleased that they give you that. Most places dont. I should be getting mine today. I have seen no problem with any thing. I know every one can be happy I work in customer service I know this. Good luck to every one!!!!

I am very surprised to hear all the negative things about ordering from Beach Body. I am actually thinking about ordering Hip Hop Abs today. I have ordered from Beach Body before (3 different times) and NEVER had a problem with the product or shipping. I ordered Turbo Jam and it came in the mail way sooner than I expected it to (as well as the two other times that I ordered from them). I have lost the pounds and inches...I am VERY happy with Beach Body products!!! I am definitely ordering Hip Hop Abs.

I bought Hip Hop Abs actually [], which I think is the best way to buy it. I paid $40.00 for the 3 DVD set. I enjoy the workout I find the music to be a little cheesy for hip hop, but the workout is very effective. So, thumbs up to Shaun of Hip Hop Abs.

I have ordered several times using Beach Body, and I have never had a problem. I am very skeptical of the people here who have said that they clicked a "Proceed" button. There isn't any type of button on the order page for this product. There's one main page with a button that you click that says "Yes! I'd like to try hip hop abs today!" After you click that, it takes you to the total, including shipping. You have to enter your mailing address there and credit card number, and then you click "Submit Order." It clearly states under that button: "By clicking "SUBMIT ORDER" your credit card will be charged for the amount indicated above." There's NO devious way of trying to get you to enter your credit card number BEFORE seeing the cost. One user here said that the page that they ordered from didn't exist at a later date. Perhaps there was a scam site set up to trick consumers. I do not often order online, but it's important for me to ensure that the site is legitimate. Always look for the lock icon in Internet Explorer (it's on the button in version 6 and older versions, and it's on the top in version 7). This indicates that the site is using a secure connection to process your order and that it has gone through verification by a third-party to ensure that the people running the site are who they say they are. To the woman who had an issue with the language in the video, I have never considered the word ass to be a "cuss word." However, you can easily choose the "louder music" option so that you can't hear what he's saying on the video. I do that since I am familiar with the workout now and don't need all those verbal queues. I highly recommend hip hop abs. I think it's a lot of fun, and it's a great workout. As long as I ensure to use the tuck, tilt, tighten method that he religiously espouses during the video, I definitely feel my abs working. The sculpting video, which you can use weights with, works the whole body and is actually fun. I also really enjoy doing Turbo Jam. Honestly, these are the only workout videos that I enjoy. I find most video workouts to be boring and cheesy.

I have ordered four different workouts from [], including Hip Hop Abs over the last three years. I have never had a problem with the company. I never use the expedited delivery, but I have always received the products before I expected them. I do not like Hip Hop Abs as well as the other workouts, but that's only because I am not very coordinated when it comes to the dance moves. I was very surprised to hear that anyone had a problem with Beachbody. I have recommended it to many, many people!!!

I did not have any of the troublesome issues that some people have reported.i ordered online with my DEBIT card.my order was a tad slower than i had hoped, but the online customer support was fantastic. they have a instant messenger type service and i "spoke" with a man name Jason. he was very helpful and i did recieve my order one day later. i am ever so pleased with my experience with Hip Hop Abs. I really love shaun t's attitude. he is so fun. i even have him on my friends list on that networking site. he is willing to give you motivation. he has personally sent me 2 emails. if ordering via phone or from beach body scares you , try online auctions. they have plenty of the dvd series.

I am ordering Hip Hop Abs right now. I've ordered from [] before, I've never experience any problem, which is why I'm quite surprised with the complaints here. I trust this company entirely. I guess some people were just unlucky with the employees they dealt with. There products are really worth every penny.
