I must report my error. I recently made a complaint about the language in hip hop abs. I also wrote beachbody about this and the shipping issues. They informed me that if I listend closely Shaun T was say abs NOt A**. Well I very doubtfully listened and found that that was true.There was the bonus video where I thought he said something about A**and it being an aamazing A**, all this while doing butt exercises. After listening to it again with the help of my husband it turned out he said lactic acid and it was the most amazing acid for the body. Needless to say he at times talks very fast and slurrs his speech so I misunderstood him. So I thought I should atleast clear that part of the complaint up. SO it turns out that no the video Shaun T does not have the potty mouth he appeared to have. I thought I should clear the air on the video aspect. I imagine I may not be the only person who misunderstood him.

I must admit that after reading some of these complaints I am very surprised. I had my HHA DVD's expedited and I believe that they arrived way before I was even expecting them. I also called in to customer service for some question I had and they were extremly helpful and friendly; I did not find them pushy at all (didnt try to sell me anything extra) and the woman sounded american. But in the defense of the cumster service operators; they do have to stick to a script.. they are being monitored by their supervisors and managers and they are expected to follow the script to the T. Many times those scripts are written moreso to sell a product then to sound friendly to a consumer. But that being said I still feel that Beachbody is a great company to deal with and I will certainly deal with them again.

I have ordered from Beach Body before and haven't had any problems. 1st time was over the internet(it can be easier to click on NO than tell a person. However the 2nd time I did it over the phone. The rep. was very friendly and not too pushy. People who have not been in sales may not understand the pressure reps are under, they just have to stay to the script most of time. We set up the order, she offered me an additional video with hand weights(I said yes), then the typical BeachBody online support group for 30 days, magazines and some online shopping thing. I said yes to some, no to others and got the customer service # for each thing to make sure I can cancel it later. The only problem was I didn't get the total at the end (MY FAULT!) and the extra video was a bit more than I thought. My rep was friendly and I enjoyed talking with her. Most importantly I LOVE the product. I didn't see one complaint about the videos(except the swear words). The literature that came with it was good. I've bought other videos and the info about diet was very vague. This one was comprehensive and I actually learned a little something about how the human body deals with food. The videos are fun and that's what I'm really looking for. The ordering process might be a little irritating, but the product was worth it. I would recommend it to others.

I am extremely surprised by this. I have ordered many products from beachbody online and never had a problem. I actually paid extra for the Hip Hop Abs to be expedited. I can't remember exactly, but I received my workouts either the day I was supposed to or a day early!! And I absolutely love, love, love them!! Even my doctor grabbed me by the (face) cheeks one day and said "Look how much weight you have lost!" She took down the information for HHA. As a matter of fact, I can't wait for the new ones to be release (in a couple of months??). I will be one of the first to order those too! Thanks Shaun!!! TTT.... Trish

Hello after reading the complaints I am in SHOCK!! I NEVER ever give my credit card number over the phone, but this workout seemed so fun I had to have it. With previous experience I learned to say "NO" to the phone rep to all other offers and confirmed my total at the end of the call...YOU MUST DO THAT!! I ordered on Sat. which meant it shipped out on Mon.so I counted my days starting then. I got it that next Wed. That was on the 7th day. You have to know how to count business days.Some people don't know how to do that. I have the workouts and LOVE them, I have only had them 3 weeks and already fit back in my jeans.Also a tip, if you are doing over the phone offers, USE A PREPAID VISA/MASTERCARD, they can only charge whats on there...its safer for you.
