I ordered the system. I followed the material. It was work, but well worth my effort. Yes, I got frustrated and wanted to quit and return the material. But I realized that all the people in the ad couldn't have been paid off. If even one made money using the system, then it must work. I'm glad I stuck with it. I now work for myself. No more job for me. And no I didn't get paid to write this.

I was questioning the system at first, but I still went ahead and purchased this system. I went ahead and did some research and called one of the people in the infomercial only to get a hold of one of his relatives. She told me that the system did work and that he, the person in the infomercial, is doing very well with the system. It took me some trial and error but it finally paid off. Within a month and a half of getting the system, I sold two houses and made $32,017. The system works but don't expect immediate results. Just like any successful business, it takes time. If anyone wants to live that infomercial life then that person has to be persistent and not give up quickly. The system works! You can be successful without signing up for the advanced course but once you experience the "pay offs", you will want to sign up to make more money. It is a very simple system that anyone with common sense can do this. I just wish I would have started doing this years ago. Buy the system and you to will be giving positive feed back.

I'm sorry to say this program didn't work for you. Real Estate is not for everyone. Just because alot of others make money from real estate don't mean you can too. They put in the actual efforts and did every single step that was taught. You ordered level 1 which is just simple information. Thats not worth the price ($40?), but if you order level 2, which is about $2,000, it is much more highly recommanded. You will have access to their funding sources that will help you make money quicker without your own credit or money. Hey, even $5,000 a month is better than your 9-5 job for $12/hour. I'm really new and have no experience in real estate but I would say its worth the 2G's in investment. I'm looking forward to get my first deal done. People, this is not a get rich program. Real business takes time, money and motivation to invest. I say this is the only best real estate program that can help anyone get into a better lifestyle. Everyone else is just selling OLD information like Charlton sheets, John Beck, etc, that works for people who already have good credit and capital. Order the Level 2 package, STUDY the course and get excited. Your chances here is better than the Powerball lottery! Two thumbs up for me. You decide. Thanks for your time to read this. I ordered the system a week ago and recieved it in a few day's as I paid for Priority Mailing. I went thru the system in one night and followed it by the book. On day 3 I found my first property, had it contracted, and ready to show. Today I closed the deal and we are headed for closing in a few day's. All I can say is with NO credit and No Money I bought a home for 55k and it is being sold for 86k and the profit is mine. Completely above board as an attourney reviewed my contracts, and works just like they said. You have to work at anything in life and a measly 39.00 to make almost 3ok is a blessing. A child could do this with some drive, ambition, and a winners attitude.

I have tried for days to call customer service only to be on hold for 20,30 and finally 40 min finally getting a busy singal thus ending the call which I might add was on my dime. I have been unsuccesful with talking to customer service. I have returned the product within the 30 days but see from my credit company that the bill is still there. E-mail has also been unsuccesful.
