Maybe things are getting better at the company. I order the vac from TV in Jan 08. I then did a search and saw all of the complaints against it. I decided I didn't want it. When UPS delivered I refused the order. Jan 11-08, tried to call. It took a long time to get through to customer service. After two weeks I held for 30 minutes, before I got a person. I told him what I had done and he said I will be issued a refund. After a couple of more calls I got a credit issue to my acct for $159.85 that was 2-29-08 and then on 3-2-08 I got another refund of $80.00. Total of $239.85 which I had been charged 276.85. They kept $37.00 I guess that was shipping .Anyway I was happy.
