I don't understand why all these people are having trouble. I called in my order using the number from the site and received my Leg Magic in about 3 1/2 weeks. The customer service reps could not have been nicer. Hope everyone who ordered it gets it because I love it.

I had great customer service and the customer service reps were very friendly. I have no idea what you people are talking about. Maybe you are talking about if maybe the machine is back order or something. Maybe it is the computer operators. You just do not know how to use the computer
