To be frank, it sounds like alot fo you just misused the product or applied it wrong in general. For those of you complaining that your mis-application "ruined" your lenses: weren't they pretty much ruined to begin with? that's why you ordered Lens Dr. in the first place! I used the product on my regular glasses (which cost several hundred dollars) and it worked great. My lenses were so scratched up that all i really saw before lens dr was a white patch where all the scratches were built up. My wife applied the product as instructed and it was like I had new lenses! Of course I failed to take care of them and scratched them up again. The second time we tried using Lens Dr it wasn't as effective, but I chalk that up to the fact I was re-applying it and the fact that this time I did it instead of letting my wife do it. I would use this product again. In fact, I'm about to publsh an article on how to repair scratched lenses and Lens Dr. will be among my recommendations.

I used Lens Dr and loved it. It removed the scratches like it said that it would. I did have a pair of glasses that I tried it on and it left bad streaks across the lenses when I called customer service they advised me to use windex and that would remove the product. Which it did and my lenses where fine. They explained that if there was a coating on the lens like it already had a scratch remover on them then I could not use. I later found out that they did have an anti-scratch resistance on them. This product I feel does work if used correctly.
