I bought this product at a local county fair, so I didnt have to experience the phone call / shipping troubles.
I use this to clean more than just he lint trap, and underneath the appliances.
I use it to pick hair from our carpets, giving a break to our vacuum cleaner. Just sweep it across your carpet, and it's amazing on how much hair it can grab, and other ugly lint / dirt that you can't see.
cleaning the brush however, is not an easy task.

This product works great for what it is advertised to do. Of course we found out we needed this after a very minor dryer fire, didnt damage anything in the dryer, just needed a call for the appliance company to inspect the internals and clean out the burnt lint.

I bought this product at [] in Parma, Ohio. Because I bought in a store, I did not experience the high costs of shipping and handling the way some other consumers dealt with. I really like the product. I cleaned the lint basket area and underneath my dryer. I also cleaned underneath the washing machine. I went over to my neighbor\'s house and we cleaned out her dryer trap area, underneath the dryer and underneath the washing machine. I will consider giving this item as a Christmas gift. It is a neat \"Santa\'s Helper\" all year long that should give the owner hours of entertainment and \'Good Housekeeping\'. The designer used their heads here. I don\'t know how many other stores carry this, but it would be a way to bypass the shipping and handling issues. Thanks.
