I to was very upset when I got my Listen-Up in the mail and tried it. I turned it on and I could hear my fingers touching every where on this product. Just as all the complaints I have read are true. I was able to make my Listen Up work, I took it apart and was amazed that the company hadn\'t taken their product a bit further to make it not have the rubbing sound from just touching it. I saw that the mic was a small round cyclinder type and it set in the top of the Listen Up and the opening in the case to allow sounds to enter the mic was about the size of a tooth-pick....Dah!! I made the opening just a little smaller than the mic diameter, I also used nab of caulking to insulate the mic from the case. I don\'t hear all that finger rubbing and I can actually hear the TV and not everything going on in the house. I have pictures of this product broken down to show what I am talking about, You can e-mail me and I will send these Listen Up Repair Photos FREE to you. ([]) I can\'t afford an hearing-aid...I had to try and make this thing work! So I am sharing this info. with you May God Bless Sincerely Denny B.
