Honestly, I'm usually on the other end, doing my research before I buy something or filing a complaint about a product if it's defective, but not this time. I bought the Miracle Blade set of knives for my husband years ago and I've never had a problem with them. To this day, they are in excellent condition and can still cut through a whole pineapple! Maybe we were just lucky and got an awesome set, I'm not sure.

I had purchased my knives from []t on clearance and was very happy for their cutting ability. I mainly use the steak knives and they are sharp and nice. Though in dishwasher they started getting rust spot after few months on some knives. I called and they sent me a free replacement no shipping charge or anything. I did had to REGISTER online before the call, so if you buy register . the second time a year later I called and said the knives are dull and some had rust spots again. NOT DISHWASHER safe. I said I need steak knoives replaced as well as the butterfly. She said it will be 4.95 for the steak knives for shipping and extra for the butterfuly. I argued and the items were shipped for 4.95 for 4 steak and 1 butterfly . Upsell was norm oon all calls. I have ordered replacements 2 times.

I purchased a set of miracle blade knives about 2 years ago at a stock show. I don't know if they are miracle blade III or not. I use the steak knives for just about all my cutting and have had no problems. My husband tends to prefer the paring knife. They have been washed by hand and air dried, washed by hand and towel dried as well as washed in the dishwasher and are still in brand new condition. No rust, no broken handles, no dulling. Since I have had no reason to contact the company for replacements, I have no idea about customer service.

I have had my miracle blade knives for over 5 years. They are now the only knives I use. I mistreat the hell out of the 'steak knives' on an almost daily basis - I also leave them sitting in water, leave them dirty, etc. these knives are still the best I've ever used. A friend who is a professional chef and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on his chef's knives LOVES using my knives. I would say I'll buy another set when these wear out, but so far I see no sign of that happenning.
I couldn't be happier.

I absolutely love these knives....they are one of the best purchases I have made from an infomercial...I haven't had any problems with them...and I suggest that all the ppl that have complained about the rusting following the instructions and not wash the blades in the dishwasher...hand wash them

I have owned Miracle Blades + the wooden block for over 4 years. They are as good today as the first day. The only problem is the scissors. They broke and I purchased a replacement pair. We hand wash our AND use the diswasher, about 1/2 the time. The steak knives are great and we use them often. I have never noticed rust as some complaintents have. That may be a water problem in some areas of the country.

I got my Miracle Blade set as a gift about 5 years ago. They are, without a doubt, the best steak knives I've ever used. I have the full set of dinner and cooking knives, though I usually just use the steak knives. We do have better cooking knives we've purchased at a far greater cost than the Miracle Blades, but for the price I have not found a better set of knives. I wouldn't give them up for anything!

I have had my miracle blade knives for a couple of years now. They are still as sharp now as when I bought them. Actually, I cut myself just last week with one of the knives. There is just something about being able to cut an angel food cake without it being smashed to a inch and cutting a garden ripe tomato perfectly that sells me on a product.

Am a retired single guy who doesn't cook much; but wanted to replace my old slicing knife, that wouldn't even cut a loaf of bread after sharpening, with a Miracle Blade slicer. Didn't want or need any of the other knives or accessories and certainly didn't want to go thru the hassles of dealing with a TV sales office. I found just a pair of the slicers on that e-auction site for less than $10 including shipping. Gave one to a friend and am tickled with the one I kept. Don't have a dishwasher, so have had not rust spots. Can now slice bread, veggies, tomatos, and cut a hamburger in half without mashing the bun, lettuce, etc. Has worked well on meat and I'm eager to try a Christmas turkey. Have not attempted slicing a pineapple in midair, sawing dry wall, or any of the ridiculous stuff in the TV demo; but it has done just what I wanted as a good kitchen slicer and - if you can get just the knives you need at a reasonable price (incl. shipping) - I'd recommend them. May try the chopper or one of the others some day.

I bought this set of knives at [] for 39.99. In the 34 years I have spent in the kitchen chopping and pealing, this is the best set of knives I have owned. I have had them for 4 or 5 years and they are as sharp as the day I got them. I wash them by hand because the dishwasher may damage the handles. No big deal, they are great.

I have had my set of Miracle Blades for over 2 years. I use them daily and love them. I would never use any other knives. They are still just as sharp as the day I received them, and I haven\'t had any problems with them breaking or rusting. I definately recommend them!

I bought 2 sets of these knives (one for me, the other for my mother-in-law) about 4 years ago and I am still very pleased with them. I stick mine in the dishwasher all the time and haven't seen any rust spots. I use them everyday, several times a day and I really feel like they're as good as the informercial says they are. The only complaint I have is that the sticker-labels have come off, probably because I do put them in the dishwasher, I'm kinda rough with them, but I really couldn't care less about some stickers anyhow. If anything the knives are almost too sharp, I've cut myself more than once and most of the time I don't even realize it, almost like paper cuts, very thin. I got a set of Chicago Cutlery knives for Christmas after having these knives for a while, and even straight out of the box, being brand-new, they weren't as sharp as the Miracle Blade ones. I ended up giving the Chicago ones away not long after. To sum it up, I haven't used another set as good as these, and they're still the only set of knives I own.

My husband bought the miracle blade set about 2 years ago. we have used 2 knives out of the set, since we live with our inlaws and don't use all of our things. these knives have been used over and over again and have never given us a problem. they still slice through tomatos like the day we received them.

I have used two sets of Miracle Blades for 3 years. They are as sharp as the day I received them and I have no broken handles on them.I also just throw them in the dishwasher,so I do not baby these knives at all.I would buy another set at the drop of a hat.I am not associated with the company in any way, however if they want to send me another set of knives, so be it.

Alright guys and girls...I'll tell u the real story of this knife..I bought this for my father for fathers day for 29.99 ...more for a joke cuz i ahve seen them on tv all the time but i have to say these are one of the best knifes i have used..( for the money) granted..yea the handle is kinda cheap but for 29 bucks u cant go wrong...I also work in a restaurnt and we use the Miracle Blade knife as our main cutting tool for subs and clubs.. they dont go dule after using them everyday for 2 years...they work very well..Plus to top it all.. Im a upper level culinary student at Johnson and wales university and i carry the Chop and scoop and the rock and chop in my CHEF KIT...Everyone always ask for my knifes and even the professors..9 times out of 10 they end up "borrowing " them for the intire lab segment... I purchased Miracle Blade from the infomercial about 18 months ago. I received the product within a couple of weeks and discovered a couple of extra items I didn't order (but was billed for). I talked with customer service and they were very cooperative, sending me return stickers for UPS and refunding my charges. I've used the blades with no problems that others have complained about. I followed the instructions supplied with the product (there's a clue for some who are complaining about rust spots - no dishwasher!) and wash and dry after every use. They've remained sharp. I'm not a professional cook and do not use them every day - but I am happy with the product and believe I got my money's worth.

I bought the "miracle blade 3 perfection series" set of knives and I've used them every day for about a year. They're still as sharp as day one and they do their job admirably.

Maybe it's the 3 series only that actually work?

I have got to say that I am disagreement with most of the complaints about Miracle Blade.  I have had the set for 2 years now, and I also got a set for my mother.  We have both continuously used the knives and while they may have dulled a LITTLE, they are still extremely sharp and well made.  The cleaver/chopper especially is well balanced and makes mincing a breeze.   I have noticed a couple of small "rustules" small brown rings of rust, where maybe a drop of water clung to the surface of the blade, but only on one of the steak knives.  For the $29.99 I paid, INCLUDING the block, I can't imagine any other knife set being any better for less than the thousands you would have to pay for "chef quality" knives.  The bread cutters have cut french breads for 2 years and still go through without crushing the bread and I use the broad blade for opening up packages (cardboard, etc.) and it still slices a tomato cleanly. I am not affiliated in ANY way with Miracle Blade or any of its employees or subsidiaries.  I just wanted people to know that for the price, these knives are one of the few items on the internet that is worth buying. Every product is going to have naysayers, and most of the items on this site ARE truly the scams people are saying they are.  This one, however, is not.

My wife received a set of these knives for Christmas about 4 years ago and I have used these things for everything from deer skinning to cutting a tire off the rim and they are still sharp. I have had no problem with them at all other than the name sticker coming off.  I have really enjoyed these knives. My brother was so impressed with them after we had them a couple years he ordered two sets for him and my mom.

I have had my Miracle Blades for almost three years now and have had no problems with them. I even wash them in the dishwasher and they still cut just fine. I have had other knives that after a year I have just thrown out but these knives are my favorite by far. Maybe some people had problems with these knives but I have yet to experience problems they still cut like they did the first day.
