It sounds like there are some valid complaints about this product as far as their customer service department, but I want to defend the product itself. The materials are high quality and the workout is excellent.I avoided most of the problems by purchasing it through []. I agree that the DVD is cheap media and wouldn't work on my computer, and the documentation on maintenance is sparse at best, but overall the product is excellent.

I ordered My Gym about 3 months ago. The package arrived in perfect condition. In my opinion this is one of the best exercise machines developed but it does take concentration (you have to stay focused on what you're doing)
