You are all full of it. My husband is the biggest brute there is. He is 6-4 250+ and he has slammed the nicer dicer and we have used the tool for over 3 years and are still waiting on it to break and it has not even when goliath (husband 6-4 250+) slams it to cut onions or green peppers. We are buying some for gifts. All who complained need to get a life.

I have been using this product for about a year and I use it several times a week to dice onions and peppers. I have bought other gadgets for this purpose that didn't work but the Nice Dicer is great! You do have to put the chunks of pepper in skin side down. Also, mine cleans great in the dishwasher, but I do run some water over the the blades if pieces are stuck. No big deal! I plan to buy one for a friend's birthday.

My mom bought the Nicer Dicer some three years ago Christmas time - we've made salsa with the peppers and onions, Fruit Salsa with Strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc. - ever since - on about an every month basis. The trick is - you need to 1 - Cut your onions into no more than 1/2 " Rings - and put in only 4 rings or less - at a time - and 2 - anything with a skin - like A pepper - put the skin side farthest from the blade - it also helps to have some strength in your hands - and to clean the plastic -"grid" piece every ten or twenty cuts- just act like you're taking it apart - push it so you've got a level surface - and scrape it right in. After 3 years - the smaller blade is just now beginning to crack - so, I'll soon see about that replacement policy.

I have been using my Nicer Dicer for almost a year and have had no problems with it yet. It is very sturdy and the blades are still sharp. People having problems with theirs should make sure they are wetting the blade before the first chop and try chopping smaller pieces.

I bought the Nicer Dicer via a [], starts with a letter that is not []. You can save a couple of dollars that way. I am happy with it generally. It is a bit of a pain to clean in the sink (have not tried putting it in the dishwasher). It works well for everything I tired so far, you must be careful to place fruit with skin with the skin side down. I use it mostly for dired fruit for my cereal, it is a wiz at that! Much, much faster than using a knife to chop.

I got the Nicer Dicer yesterday and used it right away. I love to cook, but don't like the prep work. I'm impressed by how sturdy both the cutter and the bowls are and it worked great on carrots, onions, peppers and lettuce.

I bought the Nicer Dicer and use it all the time. I love making Greek Salad with it. I don't know why others are having a problem with it but I sure love it.

I have owned my nicer dicer for a few months now and love it! Everything it says it can do on the infomericial is true. I chop everything with it, onions tomatoes peppers etc. I even cut my potatoes to make for faster cooking time.I diced a flat of strawberries for freezing in no time at all. People love the look of my salads because all items in it are the same size even lettuce. My son can even use it without getting cut. Love it, love it, love it!!!!!

I purchased my Nicer Dicer three weeks ago. I'm using it every day to make sure I like it. If I didn't like it, I could retun it to the store within 30 days of purchase. Well the truth is I love this gadget. It chops everything evenly and fast and cleanup is easy. So far I've chopped potatoes for fries, fresh carrots and celery and apples and onions and herbs and peppers and zucchini and garlic, and hard boild eggs. Everything chops so evenly, it makes the presentation of the dishes (prepared with the ND) look beautiful.

I bought Nicer Dicer for myself and my two married children, We love it! I use it almost daily to make the Weight Watchers soup and in just minutes I've diced onions, garlic, carrots, squash, zucchini and anything else that happens to be in the fridge. Couldn't get along without it!

My mother bought this product and she had no difficulty using it.

It may not be perfect, but we are sure that the product is not a fraud, and it works pretty well for the money spent.

I don't understand how some people simply bash a product for no apparent reason.

I read Claudia's negative review of the Nicer Dicer and I was truly shocked. I purchased it from the [] store a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it. I use it almost daily. I am not sure why Claudia had such a hard time cutting an onion - I have used mine countless times to cut onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchinis, mushrooms, all sorts of things...it has been a huge help especially for salads and stir fry recipes. Ihate prep work when cooking and this took care of it with no trouble at all. Makes things much faster and easier. I am very confused as to the trouble Claudia had with hers. I love this gadget.
