I own an Orbitrek. My husband and I bought it at a local store for a fairly reasonable price. It works great! Both my husband and I use it all the time and absolutely love it! Maybe the person who made the complaint about this product got a factory dud or just damaged in the shipping. We have owned other products of theirs as well over the years and loved them too. *Also**The tension knob on ours works fantastic!*
