Well, all I can say is that it worked for me. We had a dead patch on one corner of our lawn and the soil there wasn't terribly good either. I put down the patch and set up the sprinkler to water it regularly. My son and I always watched for the grass when we went to get the mail. The grass came up and covered the bare patch. It wasn't a very big patch, but it's only like a gallon jug of the stuff, so I didn't expect it to cover much. Now to see if it survives my crappy soil.

I spoke with Meghan in customer service. They do stand behind their product. If its not working for you than call customer service and they can help you. Tiffany was right.
