For the past month or so, we have had ants. I bought a liquid poison that was supposed to kill them, but we only got more. A neighbor suggested I try Pest OFFense. So I bought 2 - one for the kitchen and one for the basement (we may have rats).
Yesterday we noticed hundreds of ants on our kitchen floor when previously they'd only been on the counters and along the baseboards. Since the PestOFFense thingies hadn't arrived yet, I put down an ant trap, which my dog subsequently ate :-(.
The mailman delivered the units yesterday afternoon, just in time. You have no idea how disgusting hundreds of ants are on a floor that is the same color as the ants ... and you're not wearing shoes! We immediately plugged them in.
This morning we got up - NO ANTS! They say it takes 2-4wks for this to work. Not here, just over 12hrs! This unit DOES work! Here's hoping it keeps the rats away.

I have used the "pest offense" for years. We live in the country ...mice, spiders and ants were the problem..We have used 2 of the original products in our 3000 sq ft home, one at each end ,on each floor.I just kind of took them for granted, until we did some recent remodeling. We tiled our kithen and dining area and 3 bathrooms. In moving stove, refrigerator, and such and never having cleaned under them, I was all prepared with sprays and what not to face the beast.Well..I was very pleasantly surprised to find absolutely no sign of any kind of bug or mouse, not even dead bodies..Yay !!! pest offense!!!

My dad bought a few of these devices as a late-night impulse purchase, and gave one to me to try out. We've taken the Pest Offense unit with us from that first apartment, to the next, and on to two different homes, one of which was in the middle of the country, surrounded by corn fields. In each location we've been happy to live nearly bug free, and completely rodent free. It's about 7-8 years later and this summer we are noticing an unusual number of spiders, so I think it's time to replace the unit. But until now we have been extremely happy with this device. I think I'll buy two this time so we can have one on each floor.

We have had a roach problem for years and hiring people to come in and leave poisons around wasn't doing it so every few weeks we'd even leave for the day so we could "bomb" the apt and come home to an awful smell and maybe a couple of dead roaches but they'd all come back within days. Someone gave us a brand new pest offense thing to plug in and OhMyGosh! I swear it seemed as though it was working the same night! We've had it in for a week now and are yet to see even one roach around anywhere, and we even had a party yesterday so there was food everywhere that normally would draw out the roaches. I can't even describe how thrilled I am with this product and plan on buying more to have on hand for friends with issues or just to have on hand for the future. I most definitely recommend this product!

I have to say that I am offended by the people that say they have tried this product, especially the so called professionals pushing the harmful chemicals, when in fact they probably haven't used it at all.
Because of the fact that I was sick of paying rising pest control costs and getting little if any results from them not to mention the nasty smell and mess that pesticides leave, I was compelled to try this product after watching several infomercials. This was quite a few years ago. I bought one to try and was totally surprised and ecstatic to find that it not only rid my house of pests but has kept them out for years. I still have the original one and have considered buying a couple more. I had a terrible roach problem and was at my wits end but I have to praise this product as I have not seen a roach in my house in several years.
We have just in the past year completely remodled our kitchen and when we tore the old one out, down to bare drywall, there were NO signs of any pest activity at all. I was surprised but pleased and realized that for all the years we paid a pest control service to do a job they failed to do, I had solved my own problem thanks to Pest Offense. I can only say that my story is true and I am totally happy with this product. I can't imagine it not working as well for those who claim to have tried it.

I moved into a new apartment in Sept. '06. Although it appeared clean, I was soon on the attack. One evening I was making herb rice and decided to taste it. It was good, so I went back for a second taste, but it was moving. A roach had dropped off the range hood right into my dinner! I don't remember if I saw it on TV or in a catalog, but went online to find Pest Offense. I received it the first week of Oct. '06. During my first month here, I killed probably 2 dozen or more roaches. I've had Pest Offense for 18 months now, and in that time have seen only about 4 that wandered in from nextdoor, and they were half-dead. And no spider webs to clean! (I wonder if the problems some are having with Pest Offense are the result of differences in house wiring.) Anyway, from now on, I will not be without Pest Offense. PD, Virginia

I live in a small town in central texas in a small little farm house. We moved in in 2003 and had a significant rodent problem. I would have squirrels in my ceiling, under the tub, mice setting up house everwhere in this house. It was horrible until my aunt saw this product and ordered it for me. I didn't have a big insect problem but did have spiders occasionally (seasonal). I read what instructions there were and it was a miracle. No more gnawing in the ceiling, no more gnawing sounds comming from under the tub. No more mice. This product may not work for some but in my case it works very well and I am very thankful that my aunt saw the commercial. My only gripe about this product isn't actually with the product but it is with the instructions and info on it. nOt much information to read and make sure that you are using the product correctly. I have had this product for 4 years and love it, I just purchased another one and recently sent in questions to the website in hopes of a quick response. So for those people who this product hasn't worked for, instead of getting mad call the company or inquire if maybe your not following the very vague instructions correctly. Also it does make a great night lite as well. Multifunctioning is a good thing!!! LOL!

I had the worst problem with field mice, I live in an area where it cant be avoided. I was catching 8 mice a day. They were everywhere. It drove me nuts. I am a very orgainzed and clean person. There has been times where I have been called too anal about cleaning, all in all, there was no reason for the mice, except the area we have our house. So I decided to try this product. I havent seen a single mouse in over a year. To say that I am happy about it, is to say the least. I went from mice in the living room, mice in the bedrooms, mice in the bathroom, the laundry room, the kitchen, just everywhere, when I say droppings in my daughters bed, I was done! Thank heaven for pest offense. I would recommend this product to all. It is a terrific device!!!

I was the holiday inn for mice for the first year after moving into our new home everytime the neighbor's corn field was mowed. I read this blog about pest offense and decided I was going to try it. I only bought one and plugged it into our hallway. the existing mice we already had we cought (we cought 13 mice in 1 week). The folowing year I had absolutely none even come in. They went to the other neighbor. I told my friend about them she also had a problem . She wasn't sure at first but she recently told me she had bought 5 because they work so well and she hasn't seen any mice in 2 years. I now took it to california in the middle of the desert home to the scorpiospiders(windspider). They were in here when I first moved in and after killing those we haven't had any since I would recommend this product to anyone. the occasional spider or mouse is going to come into the house but you will never wake up one morning finding your house infested by mice cause the neigbor field was mowed.

I have used the Pest Offense product for years and swear by it. I live in Florida and roaches are always a problem, but we have not had to hire an exterminator for 7 years now. I have given these as gifts to everyone in my family and they love it also. It does not eliminate every roach, in Florida we will always have a roach here and there, and since it only works on wiring through the walls, it cannot eliminate every pest. Some pests will come through windows/doors. But it has prevented any infestation and reduced the visible bugs to just an occasional roach, maybe I see 1 a month. Very pleased to avoid chemicals in my household and save money.

Hi, In defense of our product, we would like to bring some light to the last report of our product that was negative. The customer stated that the "noise" the unit made did not stop the pests. PEST OFFense is NOT a sonar or ultrasound unit at all. We do not make noise. This unfortunately is common with so many units out there, that profess to work like ours. As in many many cases customers end up with an electronic pest repeller and perhaps may assume they are all alike. This is common in our industry. I suggest that buyers be very careful when they choose the alternative to pest contol and take time to notice the difference between sonar/ultra-sound units and unite that use LEMF as the PEST OFFense does. We are very happy after over 12 years in the business to still carry a "less than 1% return rate of our product...all this is documented. ALSO, WE would like to thank this site J.L. for giving folks an opportunity to express their opinions. At first we did not care for this; but in the long run...CUSTOMERS ARE WHO WE, I, wish to satisfy, and this web site allows them the freedom to express. We also have, and I believe the only sellers, the ability to fill out a submission form on how we are doing. We have a 98% happy rating after 2.7 million units sold. So, thanks Justin! And good luck with the law issue. We mean that! Kind Regards, Don Hodgskin Founder PEST OFFense 1/888/737-8234

This product works by driving the insect/rodents out of your walls. So in the beginning you will see more pest because they are leaving your walls. But because the pests will not come back into your walls your pest problem will be over. I have had it in my apartment for over six years and I have not had any more mice or insects!! This works!!

I have used this product in 3 states for 8 years and it allways works. I have gotten rid of and never seen again mice, roaches, spiders, and fleas. It doesnt work on ants. However ants are easy to get rid of. Simply mix borax with honey and a drop of orange essential oil and drop this around the outside of your house. No more ants. I would never go without it. I live in a field in ok and I am the only person I know who doesnt have mice or roaches.

I have been very impressed with this product. I bought one for my apartment about 3 years ago because of crickets. Since then...no crickets. Or anything else, for that matter, except for an occasional microscopic spider. Even flies and moths that come in disappear (I have NO idea what happens to them).

I'm going to tell you all why people think "Pest Offense" doesn't work. I've used this product for 4 years, all while living in apt buildings. I've seen many people say, that after plugging in the product, they see even MORE bugs! I believe it....... Let me explain. (and most of this is my personal opinion). When this product starts doing it's thing, (sending certain currents through your electrical wiring, that irritates the nervous systems of insects.......or whatever it supposed to do), it causes the bugs to come out of their hiding spots. When this happens, you may start seeing more bugs then before. In my opinion, this current only severely annoys the bugs, but not really controls them to leave, like the infomercial suggests. So i started to think it all depended on the bugs desperation level. They might think, (or whatever they do), "Is it worth it to stay? Is it worth it to find another spot in this house? Is it worth it to just leave completely?" They will walk around, and find new spots for days. They're trying to figure out what they want to do. - Since they'll be in the open more, most people will kill them when they see them, so that takes care of their decision. So in a way, it can fish them out for you. If it did nothing else, then some people might like that, but it would probably bother most people, because most people don't even want to see them at all. - Eventually, i noticed that i rarely had bugs. New bugs simply did not think it was worth it to make a stop at my house. They could hear/sense this annoying pitch or whatever, and unless there was some sort of goldmine in my house, (food on the floor, or other things bugs can't resist....whatever those things may be), they would just skip my apt. I maybe saw a bug once every 3 months, and i knew there had to be a reason why they'd want to put up with that sort of irritation. I will say one thing though, for some reason, it had 0 effect on box elder bugs, (fire bugs). Since this was the case for me, one could suggest that it makes no sense that it had no affect on them, considering that this bug is an average insect. Well, this type of bug, was REALLY common in the area i lived in at the time. Fortunately for me, this type of bug does not bother me one bit. I hate spiders more then hell itself, and this was why i bought this product. (there was a rather big cockroach problem in these apts too, and no one likes cockroaches). To this day, i have it plugged in, in my bedroom, and i will until the unit dies. I'm in a different apt now, then when i first bought it, and i very rarely see any sort of insect in my apt. (i will say though, that i live on the 3rd story, in a 4 year old building). I've also considered that there are places in the house, that bugs will find, that they can get away with living in, and not feel/sense/hear the current. Like a homeless person sleeping in a cardboard box when it's raining, or something. They can get away with it for a day, but then they have to move on, and go wear it doesn't rain, or they keep suffering. I guess my point is, that this product does work for me, even if it makes the bugs leave their hiding spots, and that they start popping up more at first. They will leave/die, and eventually, you'll be mostly bug free, because these bugs will learn to skip your house. Having 2 units in your house would be better though. But as long as the bugs aren't in my bedroom, i don't care where they are. - I wish there was direct proof of this products worth. But with most infomercial stuff, whether the product works or not, this information doesn't usually get found.

I live across from a large valley with different kinds of livestock. I bought two units for my 1200 square foot home, one in the entry room and one in the bedroom hallway. We have had about 2 spiders and only in the last year. There is evidense of mice outside the home but never in the home. I love my Pestoffense devises.

I live in Florida and am accustomed to bugs. I purchased the Pest Offense system over a year ago and have been very happy with it. I followed the directions and placed it in the center of my home and there has been a visible reduction in bugs that get indoors. And I have small children and pets and have not witnessed any adverse affects from the system on them at all.
