I live in Florida and am accustomed to bugs. I purchased the Pest Offense system over a year ago and have been very happy with it. I followed the directions and placed it in the center of my home and there has been a visible reduction in bugs that get indoors. And I have small children and pets and have not witnessed any adverse affects from the system on them at all.

Did your fine folks use the product properly or did someone in our organization rub your intellegence the wrong way? Perhaps, someone did not read the instructions correctly and did not see results. I say to you which you won't print, is, research the product of "attack" first and then try to contact the cheater, meanwhile, you bring people to your site to sell your products. Great concept. 20 years ago I lost my wife who was a very tidy house keeper. Shortly after her passing my homee was over run with coch roaches even to the point a big was found in my bed when I turned the covers back. I purchased a pest offense and it has been plugged in every since in my bathroom. It is so long since I have seen a roach that I almost forget what they look like. (and that is fine with me) Also every winter rats and mice used to make this their head quarter here. Not now. My pest offense publishes a no vacancy sign. Just today my new updated version arrrived and I have loaned my old one (twenty years old ) to a neigbour to clear up a roach problem.

I live in a rural home in Montana and had a problem with mice in my home. I'd tried all the other messy, dangerous options. I'd even tried the electronic type products you buy at Walmart and Costco, and none of those worked. However, Pest Offense has rid my entire home of mice!! In 2 years, I have not seen one mouse, I have not seen any droppings or had any counter top food broken into. I even left a mouse trap out for nearly 2 months just to be sure... but not one catch!! I was averaging 1 mouse a week prior to that. I still see spiders and an occasional ant. No roach problem in Montana... so I have no experiences with that to share. However, a friend lived in Missouri with this product and claimed it worked on roaches. She is a relatively neat house keeper... I do not know how it would work for sloppy housekeepers that live in roach haven...

I bought this product for a college fraternity house that was infested with bugs. In one week we didn't see one spider, ant or anything else that wasn't supposed live in the house. Since then I have bought them for all my homes and they are just great. They work extremely well.

It may not work for some, but it has worked tremendously for our family. We live in the an area that used to be heavily wooded. Our 10 year old house had many roaches crawling all over the walls. We always cleaned up every night, but they were everywhere. After dealing with these insects for 4 years, in 2000, we purchased two units. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. Within a couple of days, we noticed that when we turned on the lights in the middle of the night, there were no roaches around. And I mean these were big roaches. They were gone. Four years later, they are starting to come back a bit. Our units need to be replaced, so I am re-ordering two units from Pest Offense. We are totally sold on this product!

I have purchased at least 7 of these gadgets and they all work fine for me. I have them in my Home, Garage, Motor Home and Shed. I get no mice anymore and very few bugs. I used to get a lot of crickets, but since I have the Pest Offense, not one. I had my doubts when I purchased my first, but I can honestly say they work.

I have used my Pest Offense units since 1999. First in my apartment 99-2000, 2nd apartment 2000-2001, then in my first home from 2001-present. I live in the south where all types of bugs find their way into your home even if it is a new home. In my first apartment I was grossed out by how many cockroaches I was seeing.(in the shower, living room, bedroom, kitchen) Within 2-3 weeks they dissappeared. In my second apartment, I saw one roach and a few silverfish in the first week of living there. My units were packed. I plugged in the units one week after moving in and again, even though i saw the bugs for about 2 weeks. After that timeframe, I did not see anymore bugs. I feel that they were being driven out of the walls. In my home, I have only seen a few bugs near my doors but never any invading my home as before. My two neighbors have asked me questions about having bugs in my home for they have seen roaches and other bugs and have been disturbed. They have told me that they do not have any electronic pest devises. In closing, I know I am not imagining these results and urge people to at least try it and see for themselves.

I have been using Pest Offense for nearly four years. Prior to that I had noticed that during the change of seasons (warm weather season to cool and cool to warm), we would have problems with mice. Once I purchased the Pest Offense and plugged it in I noticed more activity, which lasted for about three weeks. I was livid. Then, I noticed an absence of mice (not that I really missed them, mind you) and we were mice free for about three years. Last year I noticed the mice again, and they wouldn't respond to any of the conventional methods to get rid of them. We put down lots of traps and didn't catch a single mouse. Still, I would find their droppings each day. My husband got frustrated and snatched the Pest Offense device from the outlet and guess what? We discovered that the device had become damaged. How? Beats me, but with kids who can tell. Anyway, we bought another one and a couple of weeks later we are no longer seeing mouse droppings. Of course, the real test will be if we make it through the fall.

I was extremely surprised to see people, or reports of customers of the product Pest Offense. I saw the infomercial and bought the procuct, and at first I didn't think it was working but soon I started to see a steady stream of ants flowing out of some of my electrical sockets. It was wonderful. We have a horrible problem with ants and slowly but surley we were rid of them. As time progressed When I started to see ants again invading our house, so I figured that they were becoming accustomed to the frequency, so I bought another one and pluged it in with the same results. I have had to repeat several times. Good luck with your pest control, this product gets an 8 out of 10 from me, only downgraded because I've had to increase the dosage of pest offenses.

I purchased 2 of these products 4 1/2 years ago for my apartment. I had a problem with crickets and other bugs. I haven't had a problem since then. What I have figured out is that you need to have more units that they state. For my 500 square foot apartment, I needed 2 units. I think that may be why so many people are not having success with the product.

Despite the negative claims here, I have owned this product for nearly three years. It WORKS, period. No more spiders, moths, roaches, or waterbugs -- NONE. It does not, unfortunately, seem to have any effect on ants. However, even the pesticide I used for years no longer works on ants either. They will be the better of us yet!

I purchased the Pest Offense is 2001 and I love it!!! My roommate and I lived in a mibile home next to a field and after harvest we were invaded by mice. We plugged two Pest Offense machines into our outlest and within 2 hours everything was gone. I have since used it in 3 other places I have lived and have not seen a mouse yet. In fact in my last apartment you could tell where the Pest Offense charges ended... we only had spiders in one corner. I love this product...

I have used this product for well over a year. I live in a condo less than a 900 square feet. When I first plugged it in, I noticed nothing. Too early to say. After a week or two, I did notice they started coming out of the woodwork! They're walking or some seemed like they're walking real slow. Within a month I've seen this, that all of a sudden the pests (roaches, water bugs, and any other bug that hides in dark, dry or damp places) started to seem lost. This must be what they meant about the product irritating their nervous system. I think people who see alot of the pests don't know this is a good thing. It's just the step process of ridding them from your home. After four weeks, I don't see them anymore. I haven't seen a roach in my house since they left. But just to let you guys know, roaches don't take their eggs with them. Weeks after not seeing a roach, all of a sudden I see little baby roaches. I have found out they lay their eggs and then they're on their own. Well as soon as they hatched they were gone too. Newcomer bugs come and go but they never settle would recommend this product to anyone. Some people don't understand what the product does and what happens to the critters when and why they come out. I do regret that there is no spokesperson who stands by this product to defend it. It's an excellent product.

First, I am a user of Pest Offense and am not in any way affiliated with the company that makes it. The Pest Offense was designed to mess with the nervous systems of rodents, squirrels, and similar mammals. I have had great luck with my Pest Offense. Since I installed mine, my recurring influx of mice has ended. The infomercial was carefully worded to say that some people reported that the Pest Offense had driven out ants, roaches, etc. It didn't do anything for me in that regard. (But I have had great results with ants using "Shout" laundry pre-treatment spray like an insecticide spray. They apparently hate the smell or some chemical in "Shout." They won't cross an area where it has been sprayed. It has to be re-sprayed every 1-3 months.)

I have had this unit for 5 years now and it really worked great in my apartment.It's only been as of late that I have had a mouse or two pop up, because I think my unit may be dyning.I have been very happy with Pest Offense and I just purchased a new one to replace the one I have now.It works, for me, with mice and roaches.I still see spiders, but not alot.I recommend this product to everyone to aleast try once and see the alternative to chemicals and sprays.Makes a nice holiday gift too!

I purchased 2 Pest Offense plug-in pest controls. I have a 2400 square foot home built in 1919 and I use one on the main floor and one upstairs. I had a problem with "water bugs", spiders and other misc. bugs. I have had great results with this product. I am getting ready to order more for family members. I don't like using chemicals, powders and sprays around my children and I think Pest Offense is a wonderful invention. I would recommend it to anyone!
