Ordered after seeing ITV ad. Received in calender 10 days. Bonus items included, as advertised. Gave those away. Started with lowest-rise inserts. Clever mating ridge design holds these in place during wear. Moved to second higher arch after three days. Again, no annoyance. Did note less back lumbar pain during next three months. hanged out to highest inserts after remembering that I had them. Experienced foot pressure discomfort for first 15 minutes, of so. From then on---seven plus years---I've placed these UNDER the standard insoles of my dress shoes, work boots, and running shoes. No more initial discomfort when starting out just after arising. Very few moments of lumbar pain once shoes are on. I now run treadmill bursts at speeds of 8, 9,10 and 11 for 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes with no knee, hip, or back repercussions later on.
I'm only 71 and bench 250 pounds so I may have problems when I get old.

I bought a pair of phase 4 orthotics about 10 years ago. They were my last chance at getting my foot problem fixed before I resorted to a heel Operation. I work road construction, and push a 500lb machine by hand. I put a lot of pressure on my feet. When I got my phase 4 orthotics I used them right away. they felt a little uncomfortable at first. I put them in for a few hours a day, then gradualy added time till I could wear them all the time. They actually took care of my heal spurs that wre giving me so much pain. Remember that its like a new pair of shoe\'s,or in my case, anew pair of work boots. It take time for them to break in. I still wear my original pair and they haven\'t broke down like the expensive orthotics from the doctors that cost around $300. I beleive, that if you give these inserts a chance and break them in slowly, you\'ll be amazed how much better life can be. 10 Years and counting for me on the same pair. Good luck and happy feet to you all.

I used this product back when it was Phase 4 Orthotics. The product worked well for me and eliminated my hip pain. I admit, the insoles would hurt sometimes and I would have to take them out, but I think that is the recommended usage. I've been walking on the insides of my feet for years and that's not going to change in a couple of weeks. I have ordered the current model from a popular online store named after a jungle. I sympathize with those that do not have success with the product, but it is not accurate to say the product is terrible (unless we are discussing construction, which I do not think we are with this product). It is just terrible for you. Everyone deserves to give any product a fair trial to see if the product is suitable for them. To those having ordering and customer service problems, please keep in mind a few things. Phase 4 is the company that makes the product. They probably sell the product too. They most likely have a wholesale progam for resellers. It's unfortunate, but some of the resellers will use somewhat underhanded tactics to sell the product. They might mimic Phase 4's website, trying to make you believe they *are* Phase 4. They might use high-pressure sales tactics or make promises they can't keep. Their goal is to make and keep sales. This differs from Phase 4's true goal of selling a good product that is universally appreciated. I am confident if you were really dealing with Phase 4, you would have been treated properly. It might be hard to tell who you are doing business with. Such is the Internet anymore. Buy from a reputable online source and always use a credit card so you can dispute the charges if it comes to that. Don't order from TV phone numbers and don't click Internet ads. Find the product yourself using a search engine.

Like many, I too have terrible foot problems. I have extremely high arches in addition to extra bones in my big toes that most people don't have. I've had custom orthotics made for me, but they were too bulky and too solid - they don't fit in most of my shoes or they hurt. I've read the reviews and ordered them through [] instead of the manufacturer. Their return policy is excellent and hassel-free. You could try for 90 days and return them to the store so that you son't even have to waste s/h for return. One thing to warn everyone - I ordered 3 pairs of the same size, but one of the pairs was very strange. The interchangeable insert was rock solid and hard and high for all 3 (low, medium, high) that it hurt so much. It was clearly a defective item. The other 2 pairs are doing just fine. My suggestion is to purchase at least a couple of pairs from [] knowing that you could return whatever to your nearest store. If you wear the correct size, they do sell limited sizes at [] and [] stores also.

I was doing a search online to order some more Phase 4's when I came across this complaint site.  I have had plantar fasciitis in both feet since I was 14.  It got so bad that I could barely stand for more than 30 seconds in one place.  Through the years (age 26 now) my feet have gotten better, then worse, then better, then worse again.  Finally, the joint on my large toe gave from my junky arches not being able to properly support me (I dont weigh much either..) I went through cortisone shots and therapy to try and get my toe to shut up, but it would have nothing of it. I was stuck in an orthopedic boot...not very fashion savvy...  I learned about Phase 4 through the infomercials, then a coworker told me she had some too, and that her friend had gotten them and they'd helped him walk again when he couldnt before due to terrible foot problems.  I figured, why not, what do I have to lose?  I got the inserts in the mail, and within 2 days I was out of my retarded boot!!  Now I dont buy shoes unless my P4's fit in them.  I dont go anywhere without them, they've even worn down the pattern underneath because I wear them so much.  I've had over $1000 worth of doctor made, custom foot inserts, and they all failed...miserably.  The P4's actually worked for me, wonderously in fact.  I plan to order a life supply of them, because before I had them it was a real pain..literally.  But, not everyone's feet are the same.  Too bad some of you didnt get the relief I got.  PS:  I also did get the mineral supplement they promised ^_^

I purchased Phase 4 Orthotics about a year ago after my doctor ordered orthotics became flimsy and did not give me the stability I once had.  Those cost $300.00 not including the doctor's visit which my insurance did not pay.  I ordered the Phase 4's from www.wonderfulbuys.com.   I had originally called the Phase 4 infomercial and encountered the same thing.   They wanted to sell me things that I did not want or need.  A previous incident with another product made me hang up on them.  Buying from    Wonderfulbuys.com was a great experience.  They came on time and they alleviated the knee and lower back pain I was experiencing with my old orthotics.  I am not a diabetic or have foot problems so the purchase was easy for me.  I would definitely buy them again.
