i ordered my Pilates Power Gym and received it in 3 days. I asked for the rush delivery at an extra $9.95 and it showed up in less than a week...It's an amazing peice of equipment. Fitness Quest is who you need to contact. They are selling like crazy I believe because they are better then the Total Gym by Chuck Norris and half the price so fear not....your decision is a good one but make sure that your shipping info is correct with FITNESS QUEST who I believe is the group sending these out to everyone. IT'S A MUST HAVE FOR ALL WOMEN OUT THERE...YOU CAN WORK EVERY PART OF YOU AT EVERY LEVEL OF TRAINING. I'M SO GLAD I ORDERED MINE AND JUST SPENT THE EXTRA $9.95 TO GET IT QUICKER. I did remember that it was a three week delivery schedule when I ordered it untless I did the rush order anyway. Hope it works out for you Nicole.....nobody is trying to rip anyone off here.....i'm sure of that.

I, too, have just ordered a Pilates Power Gym. Unfortunately, I did not check this website until after I placed my order. After reading Nicole\'s complaint, I understood her plight. I opened 2 support tickets and received an email confirming receipt of my tickets, but received no response. I began to panic since like Nicole said, there was no phone number. I was relieved to receive a confirmation of my order (although it took 4 business days) and it contained a phone number. I called the number (800-321-9236) and discovered that it was the number for Fitness Quest. The extremely kind and helpful customer service representative explained to me that they had just taken over the sales of the Pilates Power Gym. She took all of my information and is trying to troubleshoot the problems of the website. I haven\'t received the product, so I hope there won\'t be any disappointments, but I wanted to at least let people know that there is a phone number that you can contact an actual person!
