i wrote a compliant onthis blog saying i had not recieved a refund which was due me early in dec 2006. date of my note was 5/13/2007. I have now received the refund on 10/26/2007 approximately one year after it was promised to me. draw your own conclusions. ray

First let me say that I apologize to anyone who has had a delay in getting their refund it was never our intention for anyone to have to wait, but I can assure you that everyone who is due a refund will in fact get it and we have already implemented changes in our procedures to ensure that delays will not occur going forward. I can only identify about 80% of the people who submitted comments on this website, but all of those that I can identify (and were due a refund) have received their full refund.
