I've used Beachbody products for over 3 years now and can tell you, this is the ONLY company that actually cares about you and your fitness. I know they had a growth spurt and recently changed customer service providers because of some of the complaints and they wanted to show they do care by listening to their customers. I do not work for the company, I just know their products and online community are top notch. The owner of this company truly does care what the customers think and tries hard to listen to them! I've lost 60 lbs using their products and will continue to purchase products from them.

Beachbody.com is a legitimate, reputable California company. All my experiences with their customer service reps have have been courteous, the products arrived in a timely manner, and even one return went very well--I patiently waited as they said it would take about 3 weeks for a refund on items I returned and the refund was legitimately placed on my credit card. On one shipment, an item was missing, and they promptly sent me another without charging me again. I have been extremely happy with Beachbody.com's products and services. I highly recommended their products and I will continue to purchase from them.
