I love Propolene. It's about time someone here said it's a great product. It's the best product for losing weight! No side effects. It's only a ground up root of glucomannan. There's nothing else in it. No stimulants or weird herbs that no one has ever heard of that does lord knows what! I'm very sensitive and allergic and Propolene is the only appetite suppressant I can take. Not only does it suppress the appetite, it absorbs fat out of the food I eat and also adds fiber to the diet. There are scientific studies showing it lowers cholesterol. It also moves the food faster through the intestines so the calories won't be fully absorbed. I wish the company was more honest wasn't so covert about the price and charging so much for it. Their bad repuation for over-charging is giving a good product a bad name. Besides it's available almost everywhere now.

I used Propolene and it worked great for me. I am an older lady that was concered about losing baby-weight after my daughter was born. I took Propolene and it helped me lose 15 - 20 lbs, and I didn't make any special effort. I think alot of people have stretched their stomachs out so much from overeating, that they take the Propolene and still don't feel full. We all need to get used to eating much smaller portions. If you try just cutting your portions in half, eating very slowly and going away from the food when you are done eating, you should have an easier time losing weight.
