I can't speak to the rebate. But I have had nothing but wonderful customer service. After receiving my RED (I've had it for about 1 year) I decided I should have ordered the extra DVD. I called customer service and said I wish I would have ordered it originally. They sent me the DVD at no charge - not even a shipping charge. This is easy to use - but you have to be able to isolate your abs. This is the only exercise that has ever helped me reduce my thighs - bonus! I only thought it would work on my abs. It also helps with my upper arms. I do wish the DVD's were better - they are rather boring to listen to. But 15 to 20 minutes a day has made such a difference.

I ordered the Red Exerciser and then decided it was not a good decision for me at this time because of the cost. I was also skeptical reading the complaints, so I read the defenses. Stacy told of an e-mail address and phone number to call to cancel with no hassels. I cancelled within 48 hours, and had an online refund in my account within 24 hours of writing the company. There was no hassel, and I didn't need to contact them only one time.

I purchased the Red Exerciser and I love it. Use it every day. Just like everyone else though the $50 rebate I can't find the web site called and they said they couldn't do it over the phone. Hopefully someone in the company cares. Probably not. Have lost weight and inches.

We have three models of Red Exerciser. The one you see in our infomercials is the DX. It is our deluxe model and is not sold in stores. We have a RED Max that is the professional version. It holds more weight and it has more torsion than the deluxe. We also have an entry product that we sell at retail stores and it is the XL model. It has a smaller seat, the handles aren't adjustable and it has less torsion. It also comes with no warranty. I invite the customers who had problems with seeing the entry level in the store to give me a call. My name is Susan and they can ask for me. We strive for customer satisfaction. It is frustrating when I read the complaints and have no way of calling these customers back so I can help them resolve their issues. We have extended our customer service hours and are open on Saturdays to better serive our customers.

About three weeks ago, I was flipping channels and found the Red infomercial. I watched the entire half hour. Due to a number of physical problems I never stick with any exercise program. Neck, shoulder, hips, and both knees operated on. The impact exercise do my body in and is worse than doing nothing at all. I had resigned my self to being less mobil and heavier than I wanted due to not being able to find the right exercise program for me. having been involved in sports my entire life, being unable to participate in anything including walking a great deal was crushing my spirit. Then I found Red. All the exercises were things I could do with out pain. It will be two weeks since I received Red and I haven't missed a day. So far I have lost an ince in my upper arm,a half an inch in both thighs and 3/4" in the tummy. Am I happy? You bet I am. The reason why I'm at the computer now is to order the rest of the exercise DVD's. For some of us Red is a life and spirit saver. To keep the record straight I'm not a young chick either I'm a 62 year old Grandmother..Thanks to Red I'm looking beter and have more energy than I've had in a very long time, even my teenage grandchildren have noticed the change and that says a lot. Red and I are secretly changing my life. Thank you.

I exercise on a regular basis and watch what I eat but have not been able to get rid of some excess fat around my middle. I have seen the info commercial about the Red Exerciser and as always was skeptacle. I did some research online and found both this site but first I saw the site with all the complaints. I was even more skeptacle of this product. I saw that most of the complaints were about the shipping. I decided to purchase an exerciser, but not send for one. As I did more checking I saw that numerous sporting stores carry this same product. I found the price reasonable plus there is no shipping hassles or charges. There is also a 90 day return policy, if in 90 days I am not satisfied with or the product breaks I simply take it back. I have had the Red Exerciser for 2 weeks now and I have noticed a decrease in my waist. I use it about 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes. I have not changed anything else in my life style. I also read in the complaints that the product is cheaply made, I don't see it, it is simple to assemble and sturdy. I will continue to use it and look for more results. Good luck

I have just read many of the complaints about cost and delivery of the Red Exciser. For those of you who live in Canada (sorry,I don\'t think they ship to the USA) I purchased mine off the [] in Canada (yes they have a web site) and it was $126CDN with shipping and taxes. The [] has excellent customer service (phone and email) and has an honourable return policy should you wish to return an item. I am pleased with my Red Exciser -- as it is the right machine for my \"out of shape\" needs

I got my Red in the mail on Good Friday (4-6-07) and I ordered it on 3-29-07. I chose the free shipping with full purchase and if I am correct that is the slowest shipping available. Well it was only 7 businesss days!!! Thats not slow to me. I put the exerciser together and I and my husband both tried it and we like it. Simply stated I had no problems with my cretit card being charged too much, slow shipping, nor did I have any problems ordering my exerciser...which I did per the internet. IF...and thats a big if...I do have any problems I will most likely report it but I have dealt with a lot of companies and ordered a lot of things and this one has gone smooth as silk. My only complaint is that my muscles are a little sore...:)

Jai is Johneice and she called in yestrday. I have the call recorded. I was offering her a full refund when she told me to shut up and listen, so I did. When I was allowedto speak again I did not repeat the offer. She also used horrible language. She said "You ugly , white bi--h, I hope you die a slow death and if you have children I hope they all die and rot in hell". I have this recorded and I sent this to our legal department. I also forward her emails to them and they were worse than the call. On the recorded call she said she knows she turned down the free shipping and understood when she ordered the product that shipping and handling were refundable but if I didn't give her what she wanted she would go to this website and to the BBB. I was able to supply the BBB with the copies of her email and a tape of her call. I cannot do that in this forum but the two tell both sides of story.

I watched the TV, like the others I new I wanted to try RED, I checked for the best price, I found that to be [], just under $100.00, I read all the negative info, so I was a little afraid, but [] has a good return policy and this was the biggest complaint I read about. I am very new to exercise, so for someone like me, this was perfect, low impact enough, that its been a week and I'm still doing it, I can do all of the DVD, usually I find parts of exercise programs I just cant do, and by 3 or 4 days I'm just not doing it any more, or I'm in so much pain I can barely walk, with RED after day one I could feel I exercised, but I could still get up and function the next day, I get just enough burn, to no its working, without the over kill.

I gave Kim her full refund this morning. We were waiting for her product to get back or at least track that it was on its way back. She seemed so upset that I went ahead and got her a full refund anyway.

I finally received my Red Exerciser, three days earlier than predicted. I purchased the upgrade so the total was $174.97, not $134.99. I will admit after reading all these posts I was a little bit nervous about what to expect in the package. The box had a heavy duty plastic fastener strap around it. The box was heavy for what I expected so this told me it was made of some very solid material. While cutting the box open I noticed a cardboard piece was specifically created and taped directly above of the padded seat so your box razor will not cut the seat, smart. Unless your psychotic and gouge the cardboard through the tape seal. The product packaging was well-planned, organized, and very adequate. The manual looked nicely done. I did not view the DVD. The legs of the Red Exerciser were not cheaply made and rather sturdy for this product. I had expected thin chinsy metal, not so at all. The seat was nicely padded. I tried the tension knob which turns very easily and makes a nice clicking sound. I was told the tension on my seat would hit 150 lbs? I cranked it up all the way and was unable to move the seat. I also tried moving it with my arms and it was tough as heck. I can rep curl 150bls too. Tension adjustment knob uses a cable wire underneath. I called just now to return the product and got a girl I spoke to before. She was very polite and helpful in giving my my RA#. Yes, I’m shipping it back despite the fact that I think it’s a quality product, just too expensive for me right now because I got hit with some heavy taxes! Hey, priorities!

I talked to several customers yesterday who had been refunded on 2-2-07. We transmit the refunds at midnight and then their banks must process and post the refunds. It is out of control when each bank posts. We try to explain that to customers but they tend to blame us even though we have done our part and the money has left our account. I get the unsolicited testimonials and customers call and tell about how much weight they have lost and how their health has improved. The sad part is we gave Amy what we promised and because her bank had not posted our credit she blames us. Some things we can control and others we can't.

I had a great customer service experience with redexerciser. I ordered the product on Sunday, changed my mind and called customer service on Monday AM. My order wasn't in system yet so they told me to call on Tuesday AM. I e-mailed help@redexerciser.com on Mon. PM and simply stated,"husband changed mind, cancel my order". By the time I called customer service on Tuesday AM my order was canceled and the 184.00 that was charged on Monday was refunded by the end of the week.

Roxanne, If your order is cancelled and refunded why would you be complaining? Obviously when you placed your order on the automated system there were incorrect keys hit, that doubled your order, so you emailed us to correct the mistakes it seems to me that we did exactly what you wanted.
