I bought the red exerciser three months ago and it is by far the BEST piece of exercise equipment I have ever owned! I have lost 15 lbs and 8 inches from my waist. Everyone I know is commenting on how great I look. In fact, I have recommended the RED to several of my friends, two of whom bought the product and love it as much as I do. This exerciser is the REAL DEAL. I only wish it had come out on the market sooner!

I am with Red Exerciser in our corporate offices. I read Kathryn’s blog and we currently have no employee in our call centers with her name. She stated that it’s hard to get your money back. The consumer only has to call our office during their 30-day trial and get a Return Authorization Number. They send it back to us and as long as it is received in good condition, they get their money back on their credit card. Everyone loves RED. I talk to customers all day long who call to tell me how much they love their RED Exerciser and how it has made such a difference in their life. I had a personal trainer call me last week and she said she had never used a product that produced such quick results. I have customers calling daily saying how much it has improved their appearance and their health. Some of the customers have major health problems and others who just want to look better. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service. Our office is open from 9-5:30 central times, Monday through Friday. Monday’s are very busy, but Tuesday through Friday you can get through with no problem, the hold time is less than 3 minutes. You can google us to get our address and phone number.
