I ordered Shapely Secrets a year ago. I received it about a month after ordering. Another month or so later, I did get billed for more vitamins that came to my house. I called the number on my credit card bill (and it's inside the bill that comes w/the vitamins), mailed the vitamins back, and got a refund. I was never billed again.
As for the program itself, I don't use it very often, but when I do, I DO notice a difference after about 10 days. I'm not in shape; I hover between a sz 18-14 all the time. I find this a great way to tone before a big event. I don't do the diet, I don't take the pills, I just do the toning excercises. My jeans are no longer tight and my waist trims a bit. Most of all, I feel better and my posture improves from the stretches.
I've been lured by fitness infomercials and have had some negative learning experiences, but this one isn't one of them.

I ordered this product and it took a little while to get it but i have lost over twenty pounds in less than a month. I am doing nothing but the exercise, and the seven secrets helped me learn about my body and what it can take and not take. I love it has support, and confidence. Try it, and it is well worth the wait.

I saw the informercial and immediately looked up reviews online. I noticed that alot of people were having trouble with the actual company, but I was really interested in the product. I finally decided to order Shapely Secrets from []. I got a great deal and no hassles with the shipping or costs. I have been using the product for over a month and have had great results. While I have only lost 5 pounds totaly, I have gained muscle tone in my legs and arms and have dropped 4 inches off of my waist. My shirts and pants fit so much better! I would recommend the product, but I think you should order it from someone other than the actual company. Good luck!

I have to say that this product did work for me. I only did the exercises and did NOT follow the diet, and I lost 5 inches from my body in 2 weeks! Not 5 from my waist, but 5 total in only 2 weeks! I can't wait to see what the end results are. Also, I did not order from the infomerical or website, but from an auction website....much cheaper and didn't get all of those ads like the other people are complaining about.
