I bought the shark steamer and I think it works great. I use the squeegie attachment to clean mirrors, and bathroom, kitchen counters. I use the pointed nozzel to attack mildrew and to degrease my george forman rotisserie grill. Over the holidays, my oven was a mess. It had burnt food from pies, turkies, etc. I wasn't looking forward to scrubbing it. I tried the shark steamer on the burnt food and it did a great job. I had to scrub some but it was better than using chemicals and a wire brush. Over all, I'm very pleased with the product.
