I work in the customer service department for this product. While I always treat everyone I speak with in a friendly and professional manner, I understand that sometimes customers are disserviced. We always try very hard to prevent this, and changes are constantly being made to improve our service. As for the comments posted about the billing, I can explain. Our billing is NOT designed to squeeze an extra payment out of people each year! We only charge three payments per shipment. Never more than three. I have viewed thousands of accounts and have not found an exception to this - one shipment, three installments. The billing cycle is every 28 days, but does not exceed more than three per shipment. As well the invoices sent with each shipment gives the approximate billing dates for the remaining two payments due, the first one charged when the shipment is sent. I hope this clarifies the issue. I am not saying the company is perfect, but any issues that arise are dealt with professionally and couteosly - and if theya re not, please speak with a superviser and let them know how you feel you were disserviced so the issue can be resolved.

I ordered the Sheer Cover product set with auto ship in November 2004. I have been very satisfied with all the products. I use Sheer Cover makeup everyday. It always looks great whether I am going out to the grocery store or out for the evening. I especially like it because it does not break out my skin or clog my pores. After receiving the products via auto ship for well over a year, I had built up a nice surplus of makeup, etc. It seems that one container of my favorite shade lasts about 4-5 months when applied with a sponge and the auto shipments came every 90 days. This past summer, I called and requested to stop the auto ship. Their customer service rep was courteous and helpful. My auto shipments were immediately stopped along with my credit card billing. I will continue to use Sheer Cover and will also re-order when my supply get low. If you are looking for a mineral based powder makeup, Sheer Cover is a very good option.

I bought the product after watching the rather compelling infomercial. Like everyone else, I got the hard sell for automatic shipments. I refused the program (repeatedly). That part was very annoying and somewhat deceptive in my opinion. I promptly received my 30 day supply within a week or so and I'm relatively happy with the product itself. But it is expensive for what you get. I think I'll wait until a similar product is available from conventional make-up manufactureres before I buy something like this again. Buying from informercials is often a risky proposition, as many here can attest to. These retailers are obviously out to make as much money as possible, as quickly as possible, before you figure out it's not worth it.

I really like it. I have been using it since July and have had no problems with it. You have to get used to applying it because just a brushful covers completely. The brushes that come with it are bad. And I have had no trouble with the billing.
